But it’s gonna be up to not just his ideas but his personality too. Whether we agree with it or not the Milan job has big expectations at least in domestic media, just like United or any other historically linked club.

You guys can make fun of Thiago Motta all you want, he did big things getting Bologna into CL and also had good ideas, but he wasn’t ready for a high pressure cooker like juventus. Iraola is not really any different from that right now. To me it sounds like he is a high energy coach and players buy into him but we won’t know til he goes to a big club.
