More appealing than Iraola tbh.Ok so Glasner and Ragnick? Not bad

There’s also the very public rumors that the previous manager was undermined by the same individual that just got elevated to essentially technical director. No sane coach would sign without knowing the CEO and SD. He needs to meet the people and see if they're willing to back him
They made a whole deal about getting a proven coach in allegri and he had to beg for xhaka/rabiot while the ceo and sd fought about whose friend they should buy from, stayed competing til the winter so he could get fkn fullkrug to spearhead the 20 seconds strikers we had in the squadas much r3tarded sht as allegri has done, the club has shown they're not willing to stand by their coach so until we get some guys that can convince coaches they're legit about competing we're not gonna be close to anyone worthwhile
Alfred Molina disrespectI don’t think anyone that has ever had a chin like Iraola has gone very far in life.
I don’t watch every game now, but I follow the league enough. Iraola just feels like the more exciting and potentially rewarding option, while Glasner definitely has the stronger CV right now.So you’re a consistent prem watcher, right?
If we go down the Glasner route, do you see it as a success? Is this more about the philosophy and finding exponents of that philosophy ?
My fear is that we may try to replicate the real thing with a domestic solution like Italiano and it won’t work.
Looks like Newcastle will also trigger Abde's 60M release clause from Real Betis to replace Gordon - Barça with 20% sell on clause. On balance, 58M for Gordon is pretty good business in principleSo Newcastle just sold Gordon to Barca for 70m. For a mere 50m, would they be interested to replace him with a mercurial offensive wingman in the mould of a certain Ronaldinho who always have a smile on his face when he's dribbling past players left and right in the name of Rafael Lmeao, sorry Rafael Leao.
Our squad is /was 5th best on paperNo sane coach would sign without knowing the CEO and SD. He needs to meet the people and see if they're willing to back him

I agreeXavi would be a disaster. He floped at Barca, in club and league, which he had known for years...his first year was good, but in the 2nd he lost dressing room/dispcipline dropped...with our primadonnas? Another wasted year. Look at Flicks Barca now. Day and night compering to Xavi's. Guys, Serie A is a league where L.Enrique flopped...and he achived with FCB so much more...we have to rebuild squad and start at least 2-3 years project now...Xavi is not the person I would trust to choose players for next 2-3 campaigns, especially when our squad have massive flaws, some players are overpayed or without ability to perform under pressure...with limited budget? I think even Abate would be better but he is big no-no because of u know who.
Dark times ahead indeed and after what happend with Allegriss project (clearly lost dressing room due internal conflicts with Ibra) i do not see easy and certain solutions.
More money isnt solution, we spend last years more than anyone in Serie A (Juve is close)...but we spent it BAD. U look at Nkunku, Jashari and Gimenez - over 100M € in less than a year...impact? Almost ZERO. Thats the root of the problem. With 100M € we would build f.e. elite defense line for Serie A standards...
Crystal palace would destroy us, no competitionSo we are losing Iraola to crystal palace? Dear god we have sunk low.
Well I cant blame him actually, Milan is a giant shitshow in recent years. Impossible to perform here.
You made some good points. But i'll point out this one...Guys, Serie A is a league where L.Enrique flopped...
