my initial impression of Amorim at Milan in his first week is not favorable.. him along with this whole new management have something in common, they all seem like douchebags with weak personalities that lack charisma.. every single one. Amorim's attitude especially looks like he's desparate to be liked, indicating (or confirming) that he badly shit the bed at Man Utd with how he managed the players.. he particularly clashed with the players with big personalities (whether for good or bad of the club)..

good things is our squad isn't one that has many strong personalities that may cause probs for Amorim.. Modric is a humble champion, the only ones who I see that can be problematic are Leao (on his way out), Maignan and maybe Rabiot.. we need some more players with big personalities that will side with Amorim, that's important if he is to succeed... because if don't get them, the players may not show loyalty to Amorim... its easier for a McLovin' to lead a winless uncompetitive Sporting side than it is to take the charge of Milan who must compete to win every competition...

Amorim's awkward handshake to his first speech, to how he overly used the words 'allenatore' and 'tifosi' in his English press-conference in an attempt to impress the Italian speakers was just so cringe.. it is definitely an impulsive and immature conclusion to make after just 4 days of training but..... we Milanisti have been thru a lot and we rightfully have trust issues
