Possibly they don’t meet the capacity to hold a major tournament? Not sure. Same with Como and Venezia, they’re modernizing but the capacity will remain small. Lecce’s stadium project should be done before the season starts. They’re putting in a roof.

My guess the five will be Juventus stadium, new Roma stadium, new Milan/Inter stadium, modernized Napoli stadium and one of the modernized Fiorentina/new Cagliari/ new Palermo.

Likely they need 4-5 more signings. You’ll need a deeper roster playing Serie A, Europa League and Coppa Italia. Doesn’t mean they need to big purchases. With players outgoing as well.

Another CB, defensive mid, attacking mid/winger, wingback, and maybe another CF if they sell Gimenez to go with Ramos and Camarda.
