So, our first real test of pre-season is over.

It didn't really tell us anything we didn't already know. The squad is still incomplete and, in its current state, not really built for Amorim's football. If this is how we enter the season, I won't put much blame on Amorim if we struggle. Simply adding Gila and Ramos to last year's squad isn't enough.

At least three additions are needed. Those additions, starting quality additions, of course, are:

2. RAM
3. CB

Even with his limitations, he still has a real impact on the game and causes problems for the opposition, unlike Mr. Invisible, Nkunku. The idea that we're going to replace him with Nkunku really worries me.

Leao has the playmaking ability, that´s more the input that was lacking and he brought.

Nkunku looks like nothing but he gets his goals. So far he has scored 6 penalties for us, of which he won 5 himself. It is not stupid if it works. Another player wouldn´t have gotten all of these or scored all of them (like Ibra was really wasteful as an obvious example)
