Endrick fits the profile. Left footed, plays in the half spaces between midfield and the 9, and doesn't park on the right wing.

I don't know how good he actually is currently, but sure does have the potential. Of course, he is not worth 110m. He is not even worth 50. But this market is crazy and Gerald seems to be on a mission to spend 300m this summer. Maybe the rumors a couple months agoof about a 300m budget for the summer market weren't that far fetched.

Let's assume (rightly) that Moreira and Chukwueze are the RWBs. For a team that dropped 50m on a RWB when we already had Chukwueze doing well there, Estupinian and Bartesaghi are shockingly bad options on the other side.

I'm still worried about Pavlovic on the ball, although Amorim is smart enough to maybe change his buildup to take advantage of his qualities. Use him as the player that breaks forward into space and not as the player expected to play that line breaking pass. If that's the case then we need to upgrade Gabbia at least, since he's no where near good enough to handle the ball and be the kind of press resistant player who moves forward into the midfield zone the way Amorim usually wants his CCB to play.

But more than anything i'm worried about that LWB role right now. I don't want to blunt Moreira's impact by making him the LWB. I think out on the right he's going to destroy Serie A and maybe have the sort of impact Theo had with us in his prime. On the left I don't see him as threatening, and he definitely will cause balance issues if Chukwueze is on the other side.

Well either way we actually have options.

Amorim can start with what he has in his head and even has the luxury to experiment if need be.

It’s weird to make a first 11 right because I don’t think the squad is complete yet. If, as I hope, we get a LWB then the first 11 will be:

Maignan Gila Gabbia Pavlovic as the defensive unit

Modric and Jashari as the CMs

Rabiot as the right side 10

Pulisic as the left side 10

New LWB

Moreira as RWB

Ramos up front.

What I would love is Estevao in that right-side spot behind the striker but Endrick could be just as tantalizing but I cant see us getting him outright. Guler as well.

If all goes well this season I would like one of next year's summer purchases to be that level, straight excitement with no strings to any other club.

Like I said, he fits the profile and is exactly what we need - a left footed super talented attacker that can play in the half-space between the mid and ST.

I don't give a damn how much they pay for him. It's fine by me. He is also already a big name and only 20. Puts Milan back on the map as well by having a potential absolute superstar in the future. So if Gerald wants to drop 100m, then do it. I'll be ecstatic.

With that said, my comment on "he is not even worth 50 at the moment" is based on what Endrick has done in Europe so far, and not based on potential. We also might have a different definition of what "tearing up Ligue 1" means. He scored 4 goals all season. I wouldn't categorize that as "tearing up the league".

But point well taken and I agree. With the likes of Endrick, you don't pay for what they've done. You pay for the potential.
