They tried to make me go to rehab
but I said no no no
I took my white ass back to brazil
and slept with a ho ho ho

I ain't got the time
And if Scolari says I'm fine
Allegri asked me to go to rehab
and I said no no no

Milan had no reason at all to bring Pierre back in 2010 and also in 2011. He scored 6 goals in 2 season in France at that point. We didn't use wingers.

His breakout season was 11/12 and there was a buyout clause that Saint-Étienne paid in January (and it's obligatory in France or something).

Nobody know if Milan fought for him and failed or anything. Maybe he had no intention to come back to Milan. There's only so much you can loan a player out and at some point he will rightly want to be free from the club.

He spoke many times of wanting to come back....but I suspect we had a long term goal in acquiring the Fenomeno Matrinho :proud:

This is what they're doing. I wouldn't put all responsibilities on MilanLab & our training method but there must be something wrong going on atm. Galliani, Allegri & Co. should figure it our asap

Unless I'm horrifically mistaken, all players come back, get assessed and management and their agents decide their fate

He was NEVER brought back to work with allegri. Allegri had no opinion on him period, and SVEN put it perfect.

Tabloids in Italy?
I thought you had family who knew the inner mechanics of Milanello?
Get high
Get stupid
Go back to Brazil, score double digits and get back in the national team :D

bro, do yourself a favor and go look it up. Yes, I heard it from family who had heard it multiple times from people.

But it was also ALL over the milan and italian press. PArtying w/ Dinho, showing up hungover to training (Leo era stuff) and on and on.

His damn wife divorced him siting he partied too much.

WELL SAID!

He was not part of milan training sessions between any period allegri was here.

By the way... we had pato, cassano, robinho and zlatan and el shaarawy when that deal w/ st. etteine was signed

you wanna blame someone blame upper management. It's not allegri's job, his job is squad he's given

he said it's his dream to come back.

like sven said, we had a buy out option his contract. They took it.

seriously, satleast go look at facts. It's all online

he was loaned from 2008 on, he never trained w/ milan for allegri. He was given to st. ettiene w/ option to buy. They took it. They sold him to dortmund following year.

My only problem with this whole situation is that Allegri needs to come out and defend the staff when he should be the last person doing it.

It's Galliani responsibility. If he doesn't want to speak then hire a director. But shield the coach.

Once again, that is irrelevant. He is owned by us and was on the verge of a breakout. Balotelli wasn't owned by Milan but anyone with a decent command of the obvious could see that he is a star. When you watch Pierre play you can see this similarly.

I've lost count of the number of serious pro's whose wives have divorced them for the same....are you saying that they all aren't committed to their careers?

Conversely John Terry's wife stayed with him....because John's the kind of guy who returns after a hard day of training to spend quality time with the fam :)

It's never his job for anything....not discipline...not tactics not our (shit mentality). He earns every cent every time he does those Armani suits justice

By the way we had Petagna, Balotelli, SES and Niang when we spent 12 M on Matri :o

*edit* Oh did I also mention that before we bought :star:Matri:star: Pierre was begging to come back to Milan...from as early as June?

Please no one follow this...

Don't stretch after heavy workouts - do it in a separate day, don't tire your core before doing strength training in the gym and don't try to train every physical attribute on the same day (only if you are not really trying in any of them).

I don't think they do ALL that shit EVERY day...I'm guessing that it's the schedule for morning activities....but :lol::lol: if it is what you say...no wonder everybody's getting fucked up.

amatuer... you're joking?

you're ALWAYS suppose to stretch post work out.

That's basic

http://www.fitday.com/fitness-artic...ould-i-be-stretching-after-working-out.html#b

http://sportsmedicine.about.com/cs/flexibility/a/aa022102a.htm

It's actually best to stretch before and after your workout. Stretching prior to working out will help the blood flow increase to your muscles and prepare them for your workout. Stretching after your workout will help clear the muscles of lactic acid, and reduce your chances of feeling sore after your workout.

there's much debate on when and how to stretch.....from my own experience I agree with this:
Don't stretch after heavy workouts - do it in a separate day
Notice he said heavy workouts Heavy workouts as you know cause micro-tears in the muscle...stretching is best after it has recovered (somewhat) in order to prevent over-extension

don't tire your core before doing strength training in the gym and don't try to train every physical attribute on the same day (only if you are not really trying in any of them).
This stuff is pretty basic....you don't do total-body every day unless you WANT injury

Don't forget your boy Boateng spent long spells out when he was here. If you told me that he was on coke too I wouldn't argue :)

perhaps it's lost in translation but you ALWAYS stretch post a heavy work out... that's basically fact.

heavy workouts build upo lactic acid in muscles... you wanna loosen them.

it's possible he's thinking of stretching different than me. I'm talking loosing up the muscles. You absolutely don't wanna skip this, ever

The links didn't show any research about post-workout stretching. Just advice based on what they think it's right.

There is research pointing that this isn't correct and it is actually the ruptures to be fault and not lactic acid.

You can also find the rest in less than half hour with google I think. People are bugging me to go train :D.

Milan have to change...
At Milan, they do 20 days of work in just a week, so it's only normal that the body can't handle it

Last season we did pretty well regarding injuries, the year before was a disastor though...

Pretty well compared to previous seasons, but still a disaster compared to Juve since Conte took over(and changed things around) or Mazzari's Napoli.

How many games didn't Abate, DES, Binho and Pazzini miss because of injuries?
Abbiati having another injury-plagued first season half. Bonera, Pato and Ambro the same old usual.
De Jong..
Muntari..
Balo, Mexes, Zapata, Constant and Monto also missing a couple.
Boa(an improvement to his previous seasons but still)
SES after January
Traore, lol yup, him too.

In any other team - except maybe Arsenal or Inter - this would have been a horrible year injury-wise.

um... muntari, de jong and pazzini had injuries no training could stop.

The rest... they missed an odd game or 2 here and there. (Ambrosini and abbiati age related)

Balotelli had a fever when he missed games. But the likes of the rest were literally a random 1 off here or there which over course of 50 game season. It's normal
