The worst manager i've ever seen in the famous red and white dugout.

Lets stop hiring ex-Milanese players who know nothing about management and go out into the market and sign a proper manager who has fire in his belly and jedi tactics.

I'm looking forward to the day when he coaches a team getting solid 1-0 , 2-0 wins week in and out.

Pippo Mio?? :lol::lol::lol:

Why? Not only that but you said that you should have never change 4-3-3 :fp:
Really??

You were the one that decided that Muntari and Essien were pillard in your 4-3-3 and they melted down. You were the one that decided that your tactic was just pass the ball to Menez.

Just play all the old. As awful as Bochetti was tonight at least he did not enter into the game just to assist Hamsik to score.

Current team
I just truly do not understand the people who claim that he shouldn't have accepted the offer or that he should resign.

What would you do if in his shoes?

You've coached the primavera with success for a year or two and are offered the reins, do you accept? (YES)

You manage the team and enter a run of bad form. Do you remain in charge, hoping to turn the tide of results, or do you resign? (YOU REMAIN).

I mean, honestly. Who the fuck here would resign as Milan manager if given the opportunity? I know I'd cling onto it like a fat kid with cake. You're all fucking liars if you say you'd give up the managerial post if the team entered bad form, you'd be motivated to turn it around.

You support the club, you don't own the club. People begging Pippo to resign or saying he should have never accepted are just being completely irrational. He accepted the job, as you all would, and he's tried to turn it around, as you all would.

Bit naive approach to it, but ok.

Me personally i don't think he should resign 'to preserve his dignity', that's forum blabber.

Taking the job is another story. He saw the circumstances and knew the chances of him being an undilited succes at milan were slim (if he thought otherwise he was vastly overrating himself or he's just not aware of anything at all). He took the job as a grown ass man, and should be judged accordingly. I don't see why Pippo should be regarded as a victim who was pushed into this situation by B&G. Yes, one can argue that B&G used him in a filthy way, but he stood by, let it happen and now he's carrying the responsbility.

Have the circumstances at Milan this seaon been ideal for a starting coach? No, ofcourse not. There have been plenty mitigating factors, but it doen't take away that his image as a coach has taken such a hit that no ambitious club would even think about hiring him right now.

--

none of this takes away from Pippo as a player ofcourse.

Cant blame Pippo for taking the job

You can however, blame management for not hiring a coach without experience and risking alienating a club legend.
