They're the biggest non-EU football nations over there. Or do you think Kosovo, Montenegro, Belarus, and Macedonia are bigger footballing nations?

I find it funny that you're from Serbia (or so you say) and you don't really know much about your country or it's neighbors.

I think we should make a move for this guy. I gave my reasons in the tactics thread so I don't want to be repetitive. Basically, an undervalued, under-appreciated player with something to prove that I think we could potentially seriously benefit from.

I do not want him. Talented; however, he makes one nice play and fucks many.

I've always been a fan of krasic, and wanted him before he joined with juve. but it seems hes not fitting in well with what conte wants, so he seems to be heading out the door, and the latest reports are there are many teams in the EPL that want his services, one major club being ManU..

I like Krasic individually, but he is a bad passer of the ball so he will not be good for the team effort. I think Krasic should go to England, Man Utd will probably pick him up.

Agreed on his passing but adding to that his defensive abilities are lacking majorly..which is another reason conte doesn't play him much.

His vision also sucks and has a terrible reading of the game. He doesnt pass when he needs to and your point about defending is also true. This is why Conte pretty much hates him

Interesting.

This year- Krasic- 85.9% of passes completed

Last year- 83%

For an advanced attacking player that's very good.

My thoughts on Krasic. He'd fit our system. He's a good player. He does a lot of things which we need.

On the offensivep hase i'm certain he'd help us, but defensively, not so much

:fp: He's a winger, and we don't play with wingers

cossu? Allegri's best player, was a converted winger.

4-3-1-2 is more of a concept than a finality. He can play AM. He'll naturally drift wide. But it'd open us up i think. Robinho/pato like to play off left. Krasic likes to go wide right. Opens up lanes for CMs to run up which is a big principle of allegri's tactic

He'll be too expensive for us anyways. I think he's a good player, no doubt, but Boateng, Merkel are better options I think.

we dont even run a formation that would allow us to use krasic the way he needs to be used on the pitch..he plays in a winger type formation, with attacking down the flank..hes perfect for ManU.

do you have stats for how many pass attempts? I am judging from what I see, his head is facing the ground, his passes are wobbly, the only way he can beat a defender is on the outside. I dont think he is something special, I would rather go for someone who is already accustomed to our system that polishing him to become suitable to ours.

I hope you do realise that this means nothing. How many appearances did he make this season? 5-6.
What kind of passes did he complete?
I'm pretty sure that Urby has similar statistic. Does that mean he fits our system?

Krasic is very average this season.

He is below average. Last year Del Neri gave him confidence and didn't required too much of him except to run down the flanks and beat the defender, that's why he was "good". He has always been a 1 dimensional player who rely on speed and power rather than technique. He also has horrible positional and tactic sense, this is the reason Conte doesn't like him.

I know Allegri converted Cossu but can Krasic adapt? I doubt it. Waste of money as I see Allegri benching him like he is doing Taiwo.

Lol. No. Aquilani stays as such.

As tempting as it is to have Milo Krasic, he doesn't fit into the current formation, the way I see it.

Moggi was right again.

Moggi is always right. :)

Never knew what the fuss was about. I remember when he was hyped like crazy on this forum and in his first 6 months at Juve, I never understood why. Mediocre player at best.
