Nothing wrong with Adli's contribution yesterday. The main culprits of yesterday's loss was on MM, Giroud, Calabria and to certain extent, Krunic. Biggest culprits tho, are Pioli and his incompetent fitness team.

I thought it was light and shadow, some very good passes as always, but also got beat in both the second and third goal, albeit without grave errors.
That lies about our endlesses defensives flaws. Anyone would and will fail in that mid/def part of the field.

For someone who is not playing regularly he did a very good job yesterday against a quality opponent like Dortmund.

The fact that he does not get a lot of minutes is such a big factor when judging his performances.

So much flair, so much swag, and dripping in an elegant way. He reminds me of Zidane and Guti.

Out for a walk.
Went back and watched the game in full. I thought Adli was tidy. He's no blue eyed cock, but he's quite good. Should be starting, even if we weren't so injured at the back.

I am pretty sure this is Adli's conscious state
There is no way he is staying in Milan on his own free will

Has no place in this team. Sell him.

So bad in defense its laugable. Too slow to recover. Late with tackles. Solid in offense. Solid passing. Weak build.
Love the kid but hes not that. Time to move on.

Really? Dude set on the bench for the entire season and now people want instant results?

Remember how a young Dollarumma gave away goals every two months?

He definitely has more potential than Krunic. Keep him until the next coach decides his fate.

What more minutes might help is positioning in defensive battles, which he messes up regularly, but it doesn't change that he is so slow both in pace as in body movement. Someone tempodribbling at him - he is in trouble. Someone accelerating away from him - no chance of catching up or even making enough contact to slow him down. He is only really good in defensive situations were he can run at someone and his sluggish body is already in movement and decision making is limited.

Also Musah is 2 years younger, had one game where he made grave blunders but has moved on form it and has been solid in defense, Adli is not that far from expiring, he needs to step up.

He is actively costing us points at this point and it is now getting to a point where he deserves to be called out for it. He is a CM Hauge and Pioli´s initial judgment was right, if you like it or not.

Both he and Krunic need to be sold, this is not a Adli or Krunic, Adli manages perfectly fine to suck on his own.

Played very well in a midfield two with Reindeer. It's our best bet for the remainder of the season. Question mark is who plays AM. RCL isn't an AM.

Put Bennacer in AM position when he is back. Benny is capable of playing AM. When Benny is not available we could put Pulisic there and have Chuk play RW.

Always nice to see someone's hard work paying off.
Most players in his situation what have handed a transfer request.
He stayed and worked his ass off.
Well played Adli!

Like his mentality. Bleeds red.
Rare to have such players.

i like different skill set than other midfielders (passing)
and him asking for the ball all around the pitch
but he is slow as snail - not sure if he can be useful in modern top football?
maybe 352
