PSYCHOKINETIC EXERCISES
25 March 2004 15:57

MILANELLO- After the warm-up, the players divided into two groups, with one going through some phsychokinetic exercises and the rest playing a small game against the youth side.

Dictionary definition
Psychokinetic - moving an object without apparent use of physical means

I've always thought that psychokinesis means using your concentration to move things around, like in those paranormal movies. :conf:

Apparently our 'Wonder Boys' know how to do it also. Not bad, we can re-direct shots which are going wide goalwards then. :D

Or is there really an exercise called psychokinetic exercise?

i think the word is physiokinetic [exercises] = simple movement exercises directed at improving mobility and balance.

the moving and bending of objects by mindpower we should leave to uri geller. ;)

Official webbie used the word 'psychokinetic'..which would involve using the mind to manipulate objects...

Actual word that was intended to be used..as indicated by rossonera..is 'physiokinetic'..the explanation is in his post...

Did that help? :D

Haha yeah, physiokinetic makes more sense, although I can't find the word in the dictionary. :)

Just imagine Milan players with psychokinetic powers :D

Nah, we don't need neither referee decisions (hint, hint:JUVE!!) nor psychokinetic powers to be the best team in the world..!

Anyone playing for AC Milan
Basically the Milan players jumped up and down, ran through some cones, then did some stetching.

psychokinetic is the moving an object without apparent use of physical means which is the same thing a telekinesis

If in Milan, can people go and watch Milan train sometimes, or is closed doors?

This is what I have been told (never been there, so no 1st hand experience of course):

The Milanello complex is off-limits, unless

-- you've won a Milan Channel competition
-- you're V.I.P. enough to get an invite to tour the complex
-- you know someone (staff/officials) who can 'sneak you in'
-- you make a very considerable donation to Milan Foundation or have strong business ties to Milan

It is possible however to peek over the fence or whatever there is + when players train there on the 'outer pitch' (don't ask details) you'd be able to see them.

Usually fans wait outside the gate for the players to return after training, the majority of them is willing to stop + sign autographs + have their pic taken. As I said, that's what a girl in an Italian msg board told me.

Oh yea, Seamus is right, running/dribbling around cones or poles is a typical physiokinetic exercise. I too think the correct word is physio rather than psycho in this context, physio relating to the 'organism'=body + kinetic to motion.
