It’s not laziness it’s because he’s timid. Some players have the tools but don’t see the field quick enough or they just don’t have the competitive edge like that. Could be his injuries too made him hesitant to put his head down and push through contact like he’s capable of. Every coach he’s had dating back to the prem seems to think they can make him into a great player and he fails. I thought he would work coming into a slower serie a but he just doesn’t have the mentality.

I can totally see that, but I think the issue is that there are games where he decides he isn't afraid and really does take over a game.

His term at Milan was the longest of his career and did surprisingly well, maybe what we needed was a calming influence and someone who always supported his players.

The end was inevitable after so many years and it was time to move on, but when you look at Conte who usually quits a team after a couple of years we had at least some stability. I think he should be remembered in a positive way by Milan fans for the overall job he did.

Don't know why Pioli failed when he left us, especially at Fiorentina in the tragic Astori era where he did decently, and I was rooting for him to do well. At least he has the number 19 tattoo on his arm to remind him of the greatest season of his career.

Oh I wasn't saying he was sacked because media or fans demanded it. His cycle was over and one could argue he even overstayed his welcome by a year. It was time for a change but unfortunately those deciding how that change should look like were tremendously inept too.

Now from those heads, only Zlatan is left and I pray from the botttom of my heart that @ACM14061988's source saying Rangnick isn't coming is that 1 out of 100 times he's wrong because otherwise I fear the quality of the decisions from here onwards are not going to improve.

If Glasner is our manager--and he plays like he did at Frankfurt and Palace (which I think is likely)--then I think Leao is on his way out.

Chuk, for that matter, would also be on his way out. Hopefully we can shift his hefty salary.

For Glasner, Pulisic and Nkunku are the sorts of players he wants for the two attacking players behind his striker in his 3421.

Nkunku is our highest paid player, so I hope that if Glasner is the guy, he can unlock Nkunku.
