Not too bothered about Iraola, if he doesn't jump at the opportunity fuck it. Last thing we want is another pussy who can't take the pressure

I'm starting to think the fact Iraola hasn't said yes to Milan already means I don't want him. I want someone who gets their ass straight on a plane when we call. This is Milan.
He’s afraid of the challenge, prefer a low pressure job in London without it having to move his family (and one in which he pretty much can’t fail)

Xavi at least has experience in a big club and is one of the smartest midfielders ever and directly trained under Guardiola. Not sure why I don’t want him though, doesn’t have the physique du role for Milan coach

I think Xavi can be a very good coach.
But probably not here, this club is too unstable.

What’s wrong with Xavi? Based on reactions to him being linked with us, you’d think we were pursuing Davide Ballardini or something.

I think deep down, nobody really cares about whos gonna be the coach.
I mean, I checked out a while back in all honesty.

The debate and back and forth is fun n all, but ultimately, we're a mess, have been a mess for a while, and I was correct to not trust or believe in Gerry or his vision or words. The guys talks utter BS.

The media surrounding Milan is as much of a circus as what goes on inside Milan.

So yeah, I'm not going to cry over this club, or bleed, or spend money. But, I still love this club, it's shit seeing what it's become.

I'm just waiting to see what these idiots do next... Oh and posting GIFs.

Realistically, Motta is probably the best coach we can get right now.

They need to show they can back one manager with a clear plan and not take into account of players' resell values.

Otherwise why would a flavor of the month manager come and risk their reputation?

You fuckers write so much that I always come back to 5-10 new pages every couple of hours… that said, I always skip to the last or before last page…that said I just found out 5 minutes ago, through a 2 day old LiveScore notification that the whole (almost) got officially fired.
Went the the Milan app to confirm…😂

It’s because he’s a straight up bitch. That’s 100% why. If he came here, regardless of how successful he’d be, he’d constantly bitch and moan and different things. Refs, fields, Italian league itself, whatever.

Yeah I don't get it too. He did very well with a weak post-messi barca team.

 What physique does the manager need to have?
Their body doesn’t matter, it’s about the hair(lack there of). Look how many successful bald managers there are right now. No wonder Pioli did what nobody else managed

Exactly why Allegri failed, look at how he shamelessly held on to the last remaining survivors instead of embracing it :o Corto muso'ed at the end

Imo:

1) Iraola
2) Rangnick (Manager, let him build squad for 2 years afterwards take pure SD role with a coach coming in. He is good at laying foundations and has done it this way several times in his career)
3) Italiano, Xavi, Motta
666) Van Bommel, Tudor

I'd argue the SD role is more important than the coach one

Yeah, he seems like a bit of a whiner

Im not so keen on Motta either after his Juve stint

Maybe we just take Italiano and move ahead

He’s going to Napoli right? I’d take italiano but I don’t think it’s possible now

Between Xavi, Motta and Italiano imo it also depends on how willing they really are to accomodate the wishes of the coach. For Motta they need to buy 100% in. If they just want someone they can largely hand a squad to coach Xavi and Italiano are safer.

I've decided to watch Untold: Netflix - Miracle In Istanbul... Just to remind me things can always get worse?

Oh wait, losing CL finals is worse than not making the CL was it not?

If Motta is really close with ibra and he stays mostly out of his way, that’s an advantage. The best fix will be getting people in line with a clear direction. Whoever fits that and can mesh with ibra+whoever else ends up here, that’s a way bigger deal than the tactical mind of whoever the next coach is.

what I find to be interesting about the current situation is that if the rumors are true, we are trying to find the coach first and this seems backwards to me. Seems more natural to find the Sporting and Technical Directors first and then have them help choose the coach, not get the coach and then the directors. Just an observation.
