It is a choice of the filter you apply.
I chose the rankings at the end of season 2025-26. So the rankings consider 5 seasons from 2021-22 season to 2025-26 season.
Milan is 24th if I select 2026-27 (default option on screen). But that is flawed, because effectively only 4 seasons data is there. And our disastrous 2021-22 group stage performance gets cut from the calculation period.
