I think there's a difference between what a coach tells his players to keep them focused and on task versus what should be done on an administrative level.

I had my baseball coach tell me all sorts of shit of how to deal with taunts (not always about my ability), but I believe something can be done at an institutional level to reduce the rate of these incidents if not eradicate them completely.
