Leao wouldn't have extended with Milan if it wasn't for Maldini. Lol.

Pioli is thinking of leaving.

Theo and Maignan are pissed.

Can't wait to see Moncada's magic. He got to scout CDK for 2 years, can't wait to see his incredible superpowers this summer.

If me and him both like Kamada, then we're all fucked.

Sam going full patosheva... My heart is broken :(

The fact that Gerry is putting his faith in Pioli over Maldini, makes the dissection of Maldini's transfer decisions seem... silly.

Pioli dropped Leao and put Messias as RCM against Inter.

Gerry better win. Moncada better bring in Muani and Enzo, quick, so Pioli can be entrusted with their care and play time.
Pioli is Maldini's choice.
They didnt wanna create more chaos or/& think Pioli deserve a good mercato to be evaluatred.
Or maybe they will also fire Pioli.
We will see.

Apparently Peppe DiStefano said the air in Milan has been very tense for the last while, and relationships weren't good within the organization (possibly between pioli and mgmt).

I haven't seen the quote but it's being discussed by Italian twitter.

Honestly, judging by Pioli's past few interviews, it sounds like he was pissed right the fuck off w mgmt.... lemme find my old quote

I felt that there was something wrong by explaining that there was something with the team spirit missing

Fuck UEFA
Wtf doesn't any of this have to do with Sergio Ramos. He isn't even a Milan legend and you twerking for him.

Ibra took a wage cut. Sergio Ramos wouldn't be taking a wage cut. That's a difference for starters. Once again what did Ibra do in 22/23 on the pitch but get injured and retire. Ibra being hurt meant we basically had to play Giroud every game and he's 36 ffs. And you're the one trying to call me the one playing Fifa.

Ibra's impact was felt off the pitch. Everyone said this. You have no clue what you're talking about.

Imagine the chaos if Maldini joins another club? I think I’d want to kill Gerry
"Paolo Maldini admits he hadn’t planned to become a club director after his playing career: ‘I’ve done it for Milan only.’"

He's interview last year. I think he's done with football for a while

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

He renewed Pioli's ass on November 1st after losing to Torino a day prior and 2 embarrassing defeats to Chelsea in the UCL. He also kept him after Sassuolo and Lazio scored 9 against us in a week.

He is weak personality. He must be grateful that he survived 4 losses in a row. And that Milan qualified for CL with Juve help.

And that bald hoe Pioli.
He is behind all this.

The way he kept misusing CDK and underplayed vranx, shut down adli.. also thiaw for 6 months, was forced to play him cause of injuries

And the fact he let inter merda assfuck us whole 2023 with the same tactics even I child would change.. he fucking knew what he was doing
Though I hate him, letting Hakan go and not understanding the importance of his role, so much so that he thought Diaz could replace him was so naive.
We were playing like a team that could win the league when he was here. Then when we won the Scudetto, I truly believe that it was Leao marching us across the finish line and the winning mentality that IBRA demanded and created that played the biggest factor in our success. There isn't much we can credit to Pioli. A few of the wins against the big boys when we were flying, he made some great tactical moves but this year, it's like a different guy.

I think it was in one of those youtube videos when they drive to Milanello and are interviewed. In that video, I got the feeling he was exhausted or satisfied and needed a break after his first success. It proved to be true.

I agree with this

there needs to be a change plan that ensures confidence in the project

the players have to believe. Their opinion actually matters

ours do not

95% agree. Ours do too tho. No club in the world can do good if they're in war with their fanbase. Not even by trying to buy their way in their hearts. Not PSG, not ManU, not Arsenal, not Tottenham... no one. And rarely the fans being at war with the ownership didn't translate to the team and their performances.

Gerry and us, the fans, need to be on the same page too.

Maldini was kind of a guarantee that fans would back up the club, but his persona was so strong that he could also cause friction between the fans siding with him on one side and the foreign, cold hearted and stingy owners on the other side. Maldini tried to use that leverage to get more autonomy and power - and it cost him direly. But it doesn't take away that Gerry now has an even bigger task at winning the fans over to avoid a war between him and the fanbase.

it's clearly not good if there's substantial disagreement between the management/owners/coach on the players we should be getting

this isn't how I wanted it to go but as one of the few remaining Pioli fans :D I'm curious to see how things will develop if he does get more say over transfers

it might be a disaster and I will certainly miss having Paolo at matches and visiting the guys in training etc

but I haven't lost all faith in Pioli, so I hope he gets the players he wants and can execute a plan next season

owners can get fucked but so can all corporations ✊
The positive with Pioli is that at least they'll try getting players that fit his system.

Quite a few misses in just the past 24 months. The first 12-18 months were great but we’ve had more misses than hits recently

It’s not really the foundation from which you want to lead a public offense against your employers
Not CDK. He will be great next season, that’s why Maldini wanted Openda , to pair him with CDK but CarDIEnale ruined that
