Loftus-Cheek does seem like he would offer nice physicality in midfield as well as decent passing and technique

we have a history of making great players out of guys in his situation (promising early career that stagnated a bit)

Possibly, but to be honest from a fan’s perspective, I only want a top tier CF where we know what we are getting or a top prospect. No more Origi type signings

Edit: damn mixed him up with Solanke.

He’d be an okay depth signing

This summer would be the perfect time to reunite with Carlo.

Admittedly, I was a bit younger when he was here, so I barely experienced that era.
Unfortunately Carlo would request more than one top player so it ain't happening.

Maybe Leao can take the leap to CF as well next season.

You think Carletto will come here so we can spend 20 million on new players lol

He was also playing a lot on the right side this season - I'm curious to see how he is used if we arent switching formation but I still think the defensive posture of the midfield remains with none of our players (bar Krunic who isnt good enough to carry it) up to the job.
he would be wasted as RW imo + charles owns that position:o
he is outstanding at dribbling and carrying the ball forward. ideally, he would play next to someone like kessie, who cleans up behind him while he operates more offensively. so yeah, you're right. we're still missing a reliable DM.

Unlike Tonali and Ben in the pivot. Tonali and LC would be a more complimentary pairing which would allow us to drive fwd and drop off more effectively bringing a better balance while covering both sides of the pitch.

The biggest mystery of the summer will be at RW and CF if Kamada takes over from Diaz.

This summer, Red Bird invested €48.67m in Milan with €32m spent on Charles De Ketelaere alone, which there’s no doubting appears to be Maldini’s big mistake at present.

However, the amount spent by the Rossoneri is significantly lower than Napoli (€76.05m), Juventus (€106.5m), Atalanta (€99.9m), Sassuolo (€54.2m) and Udinese (€52.2m) thus putting Milan in sixth place among the clubs that spent the most last summer.

Guess which team has the lowest salary among the four sides that reached the semi-finals of the Champions League? Of course it is Milan with €86m, just over half that of Inter (€132m) and not even comparable to that of Manchester City (€214.3m) and Real Madrid (€242.12m).

Imagine trying to determine investment in a club solely on the basis of transfer spending and then actually believing that shit.

It doesn't get any more wrong or stupid these days.

Japanese CAM, I'm having some flashbacks... :o

Kagawa is another example of a similar player who played well in Germany and flopped.

Loftus looks like a meh and uncreative solution to me, he didn't grow into the player they predicted. Plus he's injury prone, and we don't need that because Benacer will be out for a long time.

I heard loftus cheek has a habit of playing it safe not taking risks just sideways and backwards when he’s got great technical ability and should go forward

Maybe they can mould him into something good at Milan

Do our idiots ever analyse player on detail or they jist watch youtube?

Great job maldini, some more dead wood.

Ffs buy seria a proven player for some money.
Sms for 35 and Hojlund for 40. In instalments. We earned 140M from cl run. We d be 30% stronger.
Bunch of free agent. Ndicka free. Asensio. Kovacic.

I would take him without hesitation. Don't know about his reliability regarding injuries but I would like that type of player in our midfield. Fast, strong , athletic we need that. Would he be free or do we need to buy him?

Maybe he’s also available for loan with option to buy like Bakayoko and that’s one of the most important factors
