If Diaz is signed (I don’t see it happening) Pioli loves him like a son it would be a signing to appease Pioli. I genuinely hope MMM discuss it and send him back to Madrid. Milan have a better player for AM in Adli or can get a better player than Diaz for the asking price.

Origi is on MMM especially his wage of 4M it was always going to go south. As was Dest, Baka, and one or two other signings. Errors across the board all are accountable and need to work it better next season.

Dest was a shitty signing but they panicked because of Florenzi's injury and they didn't know if Thiaw was ready for CB so they could move Kalulu to RW if needed. Panick buy but I won't give them too much shit for it. Baka simply can't be explained, especially with the terms of obligation to buy if certain numbers were met.

Last summer was a mess in hindsight.

I'd be careful with hoping too much on Adli, no one's really seen him play and 10 minutes of not being shit shouldn't be enough to think he's better than Diaz. Diaz have also had 10 minutes of not being shit.

Scamacca is already training after his knee surgery, so it doesn't seem that serious. Strikers are shit and rare these days, but Scamacca has the tools to be a serviceable striker. He is a poor imitation of Ibra.

He wouldn't be the first player that West Ham has seemingly ruined only for them to blossom upon leaving. I think a deal for him could be had on advantageous terms, with a loan+option deal, why not try him?
