Ancelotti can suck my 6.8-inch

When we needed him to return the most, he went hiding in Canada and strung us along for a ride for months before saying that he was taking time off for a “back problem”…

…next minute he’s sitting on the bench at Bayern Munich.

Don’t come out and talk about Milanista history and tradition when you pick and choose when you wish to respect it.

Interesting.

Quick question: do you think Ancelotti underachieved with the Milan he coached?

Funny thing is Mark Jackson hadn't coached either before getting the job.
I didn't know that, but another element to the Jackson-Kerr story was the undercurrent of race involved, at least that's what I remember.

I'm not a big American sports fan, but I remember a lot of noise around Kerr being given the job.

Read it and you'll feel better, Inter's future is grey at best
No, no, no, you see here at RnB, Inter are doing great. People saying that they have financial troubles are crazy and stupid.

The New York Times is biased against Inter obviously.

Moncada just arrived at the headquarters at #Milan : new contacts are expected for N'Dicka in the next few hours. Roma have the word of the Frenchman but the Rossoneri try...

Longo
Moncada is going to wax on wax off on mercato.

There are far too many to name past & present

They'll be rescued. Making the CL final has gave them an international profile in the spotlight. Especially if they don't get their pants pulled down in the final.

Wasn't it the NY Times that found out that the phosphorus mines of Yonghong Li do not exist?

Mike Maignan is the best goalkeeper in the world.

He also has a slightly concerning recent injury history, and there is a chance that we may lose him for free at the end of his contract.

My question is - do we sell high now and reinvest those funds in the squad - or do we hold onto him?

Chelsea seems to be the interested party - which may open up a door to Casadei as well.

Interested to hear your thoughts on this, I have views either way.

Maignan doesn't have a recurring injury problem. The last year someone stepped on his hand. There is no reason to believe this years injury will repeat. He can play until he's 38. They need to extend his contract. Even next year they can sell him for 50-60 mil if he doesn't extend. This year if they get a bid of 120 mil plus they can consider it.

If Milan keep selling the best players and hold on to all the trash like Messias, Rebic, Origi, then soon the club will be filled with trash and without any stars. Where is all the money from getting to CL semis going?

I'm not sure. It might have been an Italian paper who sent someone to his offices that didn't exist first?

Ask marioreality, he seems like the authority on the Chinese.

Roger Federer is the GOAT
Thanks to Elkey, look at this report from May!

Maldini wanted Thuram. Wow. Thanks Moncada. Without you, we wouldn't have ever heard of... Thuram. Or Ndicka. Or Kamada.

I bet Moncada wanted Muani, but then Maldini said "NO!" Maldini then slapped him in the face and spit on him, and said "I trust in Origi, tell the cheaper, younger, better player... I spit on him. And you know what else, Moncada? I never want to bet on an underrated player from Ligue 1. Excuse me while I go buy Yacine Adli."

I wonder if Moncada did a video analysis of Messi, another under-the-radar free agent RW.

So glad we got Moncada to unearth these free agent gems that haven't been written by every asshole on their teams transfer wish list for every team in Europe.

I know you want to defend Maldini but I think it’s fairer to hate on Piolito rather than Moncada. Let’s give him a fair chance

He would probably done that if he was more efficient.
In two years he wasted more than 50mil to replace Hakan.
The trend is clear , with more power Maldini was doing worse.

Wasted 50mil?
I don’t know if he would do worse, we reached further in the champions league than the season before. So that’s a win in my opinion.

I think that until May next year no one will come close to Inter, in May we will see if Suning is able to payback Oaktree or if Oaktree takes control of the club, until then i think they'll go on this way but it's impossible they don't sell anyone next summer, rumors are they need +60 from the mercato

We reached the CL despite his latest mercat.
Despite is the key word.
And what do you call CDK , Adli & Diaz if not 50mil waste of an attempt to reolace Hakan ?

Only in Italy clubs like this can be top. Should get relegated

They should be relegated because their owners spend and are willing to cover losses while Milan's owners are a bunch of bitches?? Serie A doesn't even have any FFP like rules. At the most UEFA can ban them from Europe, but even UEFA has never banned any team from CL to date because of FFP violations.

FFP is used more as an excuse by cheap owners to not spend.

I think good free players should define each mercato.
Just bring those & allocate money to positions that cant be upgraded with free players.
Thuram & Kamada are a must for me.
Bring a money ball DM.
Blow the budget on Diaby.
Solid mercato.

I'm totally on board with GOOD targeted free opportunities over loans for sure... Let's see what actually materialises.

Moncada gets one transfer window and one season.

I'm not going to give him credit for signing free agents, especially ones we were linked with constantly while Maldini was in charge. If we needed to convince a free agent player to come to Milan, pretty sure Maldini is better than Moncada at that.

Moncada has to ensure we finish in 1st in Serie A and progress farther in the CL than we did under Maldini. Otherwise the choice did not work. Moncada has one season to do this.

Just using people's metrics here, sorry.

The same report came out in 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019.
And they bought no one apart from Kebab for free, Dzeko for free, Mikytharian for free and Lukaku on loan. Their road to Istanbul has been Porto, Benfica and fifth place Milan, easiest road ever. They are nothing special and it would be a miracle for them to keep the current players let alone buy new players
