Capello: "Ibrahimovic arriving on a delicate day like yesterday? If he came of his own accord and was allowed to talk to the players, at that point the coach’s leadership leaves a little to be desired." [Sky]
Padre's a complete quandary to me just now... I said how he's lost some likable qualities and humility. He's displaying weird arrogance and self assurance for someone that kinda failed last year.
There have been questions about how much fluidity players are showing.
He was always good with players, is too soft with them or now maybe too soft or distant with them?
Do they need an Ibra or Maldini in the group to show leadership and instil discipline?
We obviously don't know, but Capello does have a point, to a point.
What were the reasons for Ibra being there? If it comes to nothing, then why was he there? No player is bigger than the club and all that?
Has padre lost some of the dressing room?
It's all conjecture, but some serious voices are saying interesting stuff... someone mentioned Carlo coming back, since Padre's phonecalls hold weight, could he call Carlo?
Or how's Sheva getting on?
It was discussed how Padre's probably the scapegoat if things go wrong, Ibra's appearance does pose interesting things without context.
