Do we even really know what his asking price actually is?
I think he's still in the midst of the "renovation" that was supposed to increase the value of the club--he's messed up the sporting-side of the project massively, even he is aware of that. Or at least, he should be--the financials will reflect that next year.
The stadium is the other side, and I don't think he was going to sell before that was completed, and I don't see where I have said that he would sell. I have doubts that he would sell after getting the approval, though the fact it is a shared stadium might alter that.
