Christians rest on Sundays.
Muslims have no such issue I guess.

Serious question

Do you follow Girardi seriously?

I remember he had heck of a 2017 summer? 2019 ?

But is he worth paying attention to?

I'm amazed whenever anyone cheers or encourages us to sell Theo or Leao.
We've seen how good they can be. They're not veterans. They're in their peak years. It just takes a good manager to get it out of them...Give up any hope that we replace either with a player that can get to their peak form.

These same people, want to keep Maignan. A goalkeeper that has been far weaker for far longer and can certainly be replaced with a cheaper alternative who is better.

Call me crazy, but he does go down as a legend. Purely on goals scored. Is he our highest goal scoring defender? For me, better than Serginho and only 2nd to Maldini as best LB.

Theo better leave while he still has some people like this holding up his legacy here

The dude scores every once 10 games while leaving attackers unmarked for no reason 2-3 times per game, his heart's not in it anymore. He can sometimes do OK offensively but you can't have a left side with Leao's work rate and Theo's lack of defensive focus

As a bonus if he fks off we'll get rid of his corners as well cause jfc. The guy scored 1 fk and started taking/squandering every set piece

Theo is done at this level. He plays football w the same enthusiasm Sisyphus pushes rocks

No idea, I don't actually follow him.
He keeps popping up on my feed these past two days.

I’m sorry dude, but if the drive doesn’t come from within it’s over.
Is more money going to fix it? Benching him/them hasn’t helped.. cuddling him/them hasn’t helped. It’s impossible to force someone to improve. Why would allegri suddenly flip his/their switch/switches?

I don't deny he's been bad last season but still 7 goal contributions in the league.

But was it the season before last where he was made to play CB for a month or 2. And what were we all unanimously saying then?

Maybe he's going through shit at home, but we are going to write him off and discredit what he did before, because of one bad year? And if we do this for him, we should be doing it even worse with Leao.
He's a LB - he can't be expected to carry the team and stop the rest being shit. The whole club was toxic this year. Everyone's form dropped.

I don't understand how you or anyone can't believe that there's a chance under Allegri, that he'd get back to his best. What's the argument for why he can't?

You must be desperate for Maignan to leave then, eh? A huge unjustified salary, and his mistakes cost way more goals.

1 bad season right?
1?
Family problems have caused other great players to hit a bad run of form too. Perhaps it's that. It's easy to understand how you can lack drive. A team that should be higher up the table, but makes the same mistakes each week. Without a leader in charge. Even the fan base had lost faith. See how many posts the match day threads got...

Short term memory has made you forget, when he puts his mind to it, he can defend too. CB in CL games a year ago...and that was under Pioli. The least Italian like manager. What could Allegri, an old school Italian who knows how to set up a defence have got out of him?

He's going to Saudi in his Athletic prime man he's finished as a player mentally let alone physically

whatever he once gave this club isn't happening again any time soon

bless Guintoli for selling Huijsen man

especially for peanuts

seeing him at Juve for the next 10+ years would've annoyed me
he would be gone sooner than later anyway

a player/talent like that isn’t staying in italy for 10+ years

Theo’s been a ghost of the dominant version of himself since the World Cup final loss. Even Deschamps has admitted this. His more and more sparse runs makes people reminisce back to his peak season and hope it’s magically going to return. But even back then his lack of focus in defense and braindead yellow and red cards cost the team points.
I’m sure his personal issues has effected his ability to focus on the pitch, but what guarantees is there he will bounce back or get his life in order?
Milan can’t sit around and wait while he gets older and his value goes decreases even further.
