According to Daniele Longo, it was back in 2020 that Milan could have signed Caicedo for €2m when the scouting department – led by Geoffrey Moncada – recommended him to Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.

The funny thing about reports like this, is that you will always hear about the players that we didn't sign that ended up making it big, and you'll never hear a word about the dozens that ended up being ass

Getting reporters to write this kind of story is what people like Moncada do to make sure they look good to the public and make sure that blame falls elsewhere

See, its Maldini's fault we didn't sign Caicedo and Enzo after Moncada recommended them, but it is also Maldini's fault that we signed De Ketelaere... after Moncada recommended him.

I guess what I'm saying is that setting aside everything else, the day that French sack of shit snake dork is no longer associated with this club will be a day to celebrate

My personal opinion is that Moretto rarely misses, and Bianchin is a rising star when it comes to Milan. Longo isn’t horrible; I don’t really follow Schira. Pellegatti is all over the place. Romano is a weirdo now, and just does the here we go layup. GDM has moments.

Crisictello is interesting because he straddles the line between journalist and showman well. Ravezzani tells the bitter truth bitterly but he’s not the one who breaks stories (though I look forward to his Calciopoli doc).

Publications have now become dogshit. Like, Gazzetta is unreliable as hell. I still remember when they knew their shit and it was rarely questioned. Like they announced the calciopoli verdicts in every single detail 3 hours before they were publicly released. But those were good times with Cannavo. Now you have halfwits like Laudisa.

But we have the best source of them all right here on the forum. And I mean that. The guy knows people who knows people.

Ultimately, however, I have learned to wait. Truth will out eventually. @Samaldinho ’s conclusions may be sound, even moderate. That’s not my argument. Mine was more that I can’t base them personally on certain journalists’ reconstruction of events.
I’d go Moretto, Romano, Schira, Bianchin, Longo in that order. GDM throws a hundred names everyday just to stay relevant so I don’t take anything he says seriously anymore.

Gazzetta, Corriere, Tutto Sport, Mediaset, Telelombardia, etc are as accurate as the tabloids when you are in line at the grocery store.

If we are selling Sportiello - Vasquez is good enough to be 2nd choice - next to Torriani.
A whole season of football under his belt at Empoli last year..

Bit surprised we're treating him like crap.
Backup goalies are the best options to fill out the lists

Feel bad for modric coming to this shit show of a club after being at mighty Madrid for more than a decade.

He played for spurs so I'd imagine being here isn't the worst

With all the respect to Maldini and not only , as is said in an anecdote in my country , if you like to have a hundred dicks , you need to free you hands for carrying the buckets with the balls .

Sending players to our Serie D club is actually absurd.

Club has lost its way under ****** owners
This. Dude was a regular starter at Fiorentina. A team that finished above us in the table.

But now the club is acting like Adli is so shit that he doesn't deserve to play in Serie A. :proud:

Can confirm milan will sign Miguel Gutierrez for the left back from Girona. A part of the Tiji deal. That's why it was a bit cheap we will get Gutierrez for 20mill 10 mill discount.
Gutierrez just had a surgery. Will keep him out until late August. So, even if we sign him we gonna see GAYBEGA starting at LB.

It’s ok, he had a good career and has nothing left to prove. He started playing on potato fields in Croatia, and can finish on potato fields of fodder A :proud:

They won’t get Openda lol unless they sell Thuram

but they made the CL final and Cwc so ofc they’ll spend money and more than Milan

Maldini didn't sign Caicedo for 2m?
Mongcada spent a 100+ mil on Chukwueze, Musah, Pavlovic, Morata, and Royal
