He, in the same article, was quoted saying: "I would have preferred to be managing older, more experienced club players."

Only 1 winner in this fight... Leo.

bakayoko was fucking terrible it was obviously an awful signing but what's even more so is what was leonardo thinking getting him? to think that was the only midfield signing to an already pathetic midfield + losing locatelli? such a failure reminiscent of the previous managments decisions. good luck getting top 4 with that

Bakayoko did not play well but his perform was not either disaster. That was his debut and he showed some potentials. He does need to try hard to driblle the ball. Just play effectively. The way he moved to position himself to receive a pass from the defense was very good, something Biglia lacked of. While Biglia offers vision, Bakayoko could cover the midfield well and own the midfield.

I am looking forward to seeing his improvement.

baka has potential you could see it but hes not an anchor, the 2nd goal he was in no mans land when zeilinski got the ball and there were other instances too. Why would you put this guy in the hole and not just change formations?

His performance was pretty close to a disaster to be honest, other players of us got bashed for much better performances in the past.

That he isn´t good at the ball and that he isn´t great at shielding the defense is not a surprise but he struggled to get into defensive duels too, that shocked me a bit. I expect him to improve this aspect of his game but he has a lot of work to do.

what? complete opposite of how it went, his positioing was horrible and movement and play terrible, even gattuso said so: Gennaro Gattuso on Tiemoue Bakayoko: "He has to learn how to receive the ball, which means improving his positioning and posture

But rnb experts who know fuck all think kessie was okay, and not the main reason we were dominated in the midfield battle.

If Gattuso does not fix this shit then he needs to be stoned before getting fired.

You have truly accepted the midtable mentality when you consider performances like Bakayoko's 'not bad at all'.

considering he's not a anchor and it was his first game and all that i won't cut his head off. If you strictly look at his performance it was awful. His best performances came in a 2 man midfield which i think we will see shortly along side kessie.

Gentlemen...

2 things that you should be encouraged to understand

1. When you have Leo say: Milan need to improve quickly instead of “let’s give time, we were unlucky” you know there needs to be results or a change will happen.

2. The owners aren’t blinded by nostalgia. Results must come or people will be replaced

This isn’t the Milan of the last 5-10 years.
