Yes, just doing a quick search and it seems Roma have had some positive changes since Gandini was appointed. Their stadium project approval got through with him at the helm. Appointing Monchi as SD was a masterstroke as he is an expert at buying talent at a reasonable price and then selling at a premium. Milan could be run that way and that would be a realistic path towards sustainability.
But it would be even nicer to return to being the apex predators of the transfer market like Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG, Juventus, Man Utd, Man City and previously Chelsea. Yes, still be clever about sales but buy players at the top or as they are heading for the top and make sure they spend their best years with us. Milan have more brand power and history than Roma so hopefully it is this scenario rather than the AS Roma model. Also, with Elliot appointing Leo who is more known for his work with us under Galliani as well as for PSG hopefully this is what they have this in mind.
I guess Elliot are attempting to have all the bases covered which hopefully bodes well for the club. They seem systematic about their approach and that is very reassuring.
