It's still unreal to me Milan paid almost 50M on Duarte and Paqueta. I hope whoever was scouting in Brazil already got fired.

Paqueta was a very good prospect. Duarte was a big mistake. I thought Moncada approved it. Duarte was brought in by Serginho. Serginho has done nothing for us other than being impactful sub player. As a scout, he sucks

Gianluca Di Marzio spoke about the AC Milan transfer market as follows: "Milan has sent Bakayoko's agent to go ahead with Chelsea to find the best possible solution, perhaps to lower the amount of the right of redemption that Chelsea continue to want between € 33-35 million. It is an operation that is going very well. Then the second goalkeeper: Milan would want Begovic back, he made an offer of salary which, however, did not covers the parameters he currently has at Bournemouth, and evaluates Sportiello of Atalanta. If he goes away Laxalt has strong contacts with Vina, left back of Palmeiras. Milan seems to me that they have very clear ideas in this market, they are moving forward on what his goals are, convinced he can take them home ".

Both from Flamengo, bought by Leonardo, a team that he has very strong connections with.

He would be a great addition but I doubt that Chelsea would sell him. Their defense was their weakest point last season but we wasn't the problem (except for his injuries). They will most likely loan out Malang Sarr and keep Rudiger to rotate with Silva.

Caught the last part of the Turkey game and it reminded me of our CB target from last year. What the heck is Juve doing with Demiral? 6 starts all of last season?? What a waste.

Surely they will sell/loan Andreas Christensen.

He could be a good addition under his compatriot, Kjaer.

Motherfucker milan always been known for samba in dressing room. Fuck is you on about

Marquinhos is the only samba that should be allowed now that Thiago is gone.

Duarte + Paqueta OUT

---

We should have taken Cagliari's offer for Calabria.

$8 million + $2 million in bonuses was a great deal,

The board of Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has been accused of corruption by the Catalan police force Los Mossos and allegedly made personal financial gains from the club, report El Mundo.

Mes que un club, Messi

38M is not the price of a very good prospect. It's the price of a sure starter

Leonardo is a Flamengo supporter. But he was already out when Duarte was bought.

Didnt he light up Libratedores (sp) was brought into NT and being hailed as the next after Vinicius and before Reiner

All now Vinicius isnt lighting it up either - he flopped but that I am not too mad at the price. Look at most of Brazil prospects and Leao price and then look at Felix price to Atletico

We tried and the kid just wasnt ready.

It seems that recently more top prospects are coming out from European Leagues rather than Brazil: Erling Haaland, Aouar, Jadon Sancho, Donny Van de Beek, Osimhen, Camavinga, Mbappe...

And Brazilian players aren't even cheap like they used to be some years back. It's better if Milan looks more in Europe. Maybe eastern Europe, Belgium, Croatia if they they are looking for bargains.

Gazidis said he expects more on the market in the last days.

So I think something will happen in defence.

Talents come from France, Portugal, Belgium mostly, Netherlands, Croatia.

Flamengo was shit when Paqueta played Libertadores. They won in 2019, after he left.
He was good in the Brazilian League in 2018, that's probably when Milan scouted him. I never thought he was close to be worth all that money.

Vinicius and Reiner barely played for Flamengo. Real Madrid paid for raw potential and they can take huge risks anyway cause they're filthy rich.

I mean, I wouldn't mind at all Milan paying 50M or 100M for upcoming players if we could... But we're begging around to buy a RB. When we get expensive players wrong the money is missed elsewhere.
