He has pretty tough competition in Rebic and Leao, two players I see as fundamental, but his performance was very impressive and his rumored price is incredible. I hope no one gives a shit about his nationality. Do you guys think the competition within our squad can put him off?

I haven't seen him too much to be honest. I'm sort of late to the party actually, I stopped watching Norwegian League ten years ago.

But all my friends who've seen him a lot call him one of the biggest talents to come out of Norway ever. I think this might become a very good deal indeed.

Yes he's predominantly a LW, but he shows skills that can be applicable all over our three attacking positions.

He takes up one non-EU spot (unless Norwegians are treated like Swiss), but that shouldn?t be an issue. Every country can produce good players nowadays.

He may also be able to play as AM where we are a bit thin if we manage to sell Paqueta.

Exactly. He is at his dream club and we all know how much the transfer was hyped. You don't simply forget to play football altogether. He was brilliant at Brescia and he has barely played 30 minutes while being at Milan. He gets subbed in at later periods in the matches where he can't afford to take it easy or anything.

He needs some time and I hope he gets to show his qualities soon in the Red and Black.

Hopefully over are the days we brought promising players to instantly take over responsibility and insane pressure only to be burnt.

Hopefully come have the days we can bring promising players without the burden of instantly taking over but instead being played few minutes here, few minutes there, to slowly grow and find their place in a well clocked machine.

That's why I'm very confident for players like Tonali, Kalulu, Colombo or Daniel. Give them a couple of months. Then we talk
