I agree with you. But i am just wondering, if torres scores in the final and chelsea win the ucl because of him, would he bcome a chelsea legend lol.

If you got spare time, find a certain Milan - Ajax game. I watched it again yesterday, and I'd suggest you check it out. Shouldn't be hard to find, it's usually counted among the greatest champions league games ever played.

Was it the game with Sheva-Pippo first perfect chemistry? It was 1-0 right...but good God, it's a joy watching them.
If I remember correctly even Ancelotti compliment their performance

Im one of those crazy dudes (or not) that belives that had Pippo played instead of Crespo the final in Istanbul, we probably had won that game. The next time, I wanted Pippo to score so bad, and the fact that he scored two makes that Champions so special.

I also remember in the group stages of 02/03 against Deportivo, when Sheva was injuried, that he step up and scored a hat trick.

Im one of those crazy dudes (or not) that belives that had Pippo played instead of Crespo the final in Istanbul, we probably had won that game. The next time, I wanted Pippo to score so bad, and the fact that he scored two makes that Champions so special.

Crespo was OK he scored 2 in the first half. Problem was that Pippo & Ambrosini were injured, so Anceloti was not able to make a proper changes to close the game at 3-0. I'm sure if he had been able to put Pippo for Crespo (J.D Tomasson) & Ambro for Gattuso (Rui Costa) things woud have been gone much better for us. But in any case I remembered that game as very very unlucky for us! Sometimes, I still see that Sheva header, Dudek save, Sheva shoot that hit Dudek arm......Horror!

So basically we should have won 4 champions league titles during the 03 to 07 period. That istanbul final was just a jinx and we would have won in 05 i feel, that sheva goal which was disallowed ruined
It. I really doubt arsenal could stop that milan even with henry n veira. Damn, those were the days, we are not far away from that now either. Berlu just needs to make some smart signings, 2 quality fullbacks and a couple of midfielders n voila we are complete. We need two world class midfielders though, which unfortunately costs money. So the only option we have is by selling someone whom we dont need but do possess enough quality to generate funds for milan. Do wehave such players, well we have robinho (but i dont know who will pay for him), pato (i wanna keep him but if we get jovetic or balotelli i dont mind him leaving). Wow, we only have 2 players who actually have decent value lol. Our midfield combined barring boateng is worth max 10 million max.

I wouldn't sell Nocerino for 40 mills !!!!

Noce has done well, he is a good player but if he just learns how to tackle like gattuso and do some dirty work to help our defense out, noce could playvas a destroyer. But i guess gattuso is just one of a kind, we should buy lassana diarra for the DM spot.
