Fucking hell senatore and other haters. For you everything Pato does is bad. Of course hes gonna leave the pitch after an injury scare, considering his record and the circumstances of a Copa match.

Instead of congratulating him on finally scoring (which brought the victory btw) you criticize him for leaving the pitch injured. How was he going to help anyway by defending injured? Its the real world ffs, forget your Holywood crap about playing through injury with gritted teeth. He needed to be cautious and he did the right thing. fuck off

Pato looks way better with ES92 and Robinho...

He always plays well with Robinho...

Players can grit their way through scrapes, bumps, bruises and sprains, but nobody plays through a hamstring pull... that's just dumb to even suggest. The silliness in this thread is amazing, and even from the seemingly more mature posters.

Only guy I've ever seen play through an injury that would cripple another man, Rino Gattuso. Tore his ACL (MCL?), seemingly, early in the first half. Ran like a mad man all game. Out for the rest of the season afterward.

We at Milan love to tell people that we're the family club and that we love and respect each other and stick by one another through the good and especially the bad, But then our own flesh and blood the supporters turn on one of our own in Pato because he's in a rough patch how about we do as we preach and stand behind him and give him all the support he needs to find his way through this dry spell let's do what families do and help each other, Only then will this feel like Milan only then we can call ourselves real supporters of the greatest football club in the world AC Milan!

You really don't get it.

The kid is the george W bush of milan, wasting opportunities. But he's a fucking spoilt child, who is given second chances cause of privilege no one else would get.

I have no respect for this boytoy. After Inter game he does this. He shows no commitment and that's been the case for 2+ years now. He just doesn't CARE. I fucking wish he has 50% the commitment of someone like Cavani. A player he has more 'talent' than, but lacks the heart of.

There is NO chance he would be at milan if hew wasn't dating Berlusconi's daughter.

Seriously, think about it 'mysterious injury' after Ron is sold (cough cleaning up his life cough). The inconsistency. The complacency. The indifference. I mean how many times do I need to spell it out?

I mean Galliani sold him for NOTHING compared to what his value was a year ago. What does that tell you? Mr. Nostalgia, I love the family, sold him or 28 mil + bonus'. You think MAYBE theirs something behind the scenes? You think Galliani is stupid? Allegri is stupid? Nesta, Zlatan, and older players are stupid?

Even if he turns his shit around, I'll be hard pressed to ever respect him, because he only held his spot due to privilege.

I can't support that out of principal, it's the worst precedent ever set, and IMO it is everything I feared with him dating Barbara.

And don't question my support of AC Milan. I love anyone who bleeds for this shirt. I love my senators more than most. I really do show way more nostalgia/emotion than I should in my thoughts on players. Pato, he's everything I dislike. I don't care what he does on his free time, I really don't, but he clearly lets it flow onto the field. Something guys like Ronaldo didn't...

Don't agree with me? I Don't really care. I got reliable sources, I do read italian papers and keep up to date in milan, more than most of this forum, and I'm smart enough to connect the dots.

IT WAS A CUP MATCH!! CHILL! Plus, he scored the winner! Pato could score 50 goals a season and you'd still have a stick up your ass!

Pato is doing fine. He's had a dip in form, but that's due to loss of confidence, since he was almost sold like Kaka was. Once he gets the confidence back, he'll be tearing up the league like he did last season.

Until then, relax. He's staying here at least until the summer. Hating on the guy who won us the match because he didn't continue playing when he thought he was injured is the dumbest thing anyone has done in the forum in a long time. As I said earlier, if he had injured himself and made the injury worse by continuing on, you would be hating on him for that too. So just stop before you make a bigger fool out of yourself. He scored today off the bench, played well, and is one step closer to being the confident, clinical striker we all know and love. So relax a bit.

glad that he scored. but sad that he got injured. i rly hope that it isnt bad and that since he came off the pitch when it happened, he'll heal fast. we needed him to score a goal once more, in order for him to at least get back into his form and boost his confidence. i wanted this moreso in order for him to get the chance to prove that he should remain at milan.

i wouldnt lie. the next 6 months were vital to pato, and imo if he didnt show anything, then he should be sold in the summer. now that he's injured, it's the perfect time to shout, "glass man. sell to the highest bidder." let's hear about the injury first, the layoff time and then we'll talk. he needed to score in order to get back his form. none of the teams he played against since the winter break made it easy. both inter and novara kept defending and defending. at least he got the winner in the coppa italia. i give pato the benefit of the doubt and i believe that since the winter break and the almost transfer to psg, he's trying harder to earn himself a place at milan, especially now that he knows the club doesnt consider him indispensable (no one is rly, just like kaka.) if you're given the playing time and not doing anything with it. then why are you on the pitch?

however, replacing pato with tevez is not the idea i have in mind. tevez is an excellent striker with more than just baggage. not to mention he's 27. more stop gap players. niiice. no chance we bring in a younger striker now? or el shaarawy is one young striker too many? maybe our own verdi?(paloschi will forever be milan's trading chip) verdi not good? then buy someone who's younger and better. who? that's not my job to know. why does people like braida get paid?

selling pato:conditional
buying tevez:no

senatore,

you are aware that its ridiculous to project your previous dislike of Pato's character on this particular situation, in a game where he played very well and scored the winning goal in an exquisite manner? Were not talking about the past two years, we're talking about the game tonight, and in the game tonight Pato was right to leave the pitch.

And the reason why Galliani wants to sell him for a lower price is because of his injuries and because he chooses Ibra for the future, a guy around whom Pato will never show his best because its tactically impossible. Its not because of some wild injury conspiracy conjectures or partying. The reason why he didn't perform as he should these two years is not because of him only, but because of the club's staff decisions. One of these two years, hes been stuck on the right wing. The second, he played 20 games because of various injuries (take into calculation the games required to actually reach full form out of those), alongside 'king Ibra' who plays like a fucking pole in the game. Have some damn perspective ffs

Fuck off Senatore - go play your violin and suck Clarence's cock. Why does he still have his spot after waltzing around for 2-3 seasons only to decide to play when his contract was up and we had a chance to win league. Oh I forgot - BGP

You are a fucking hypocrite with your condescending attitude. You are the mitt romney of this forum.

Once again - If you arent gonna reveal your sources - keep it to yourself.

Allegri should deal with Pato about the walking off as I said earlier. It doesnt matter about Pato's status. Pippo has status, Clarence has status. It doesnt matter that Pato hasnt "earned it", its there and Allegri should still deal with it for the sake of the team and Pato's development.

Life isnt fair but you have to deal with problems or all you guys work in companies where there is no bias. Allegri, if he had any balls would try to sort shit out. If he gets fired so what, he has a scudetto, he will get paid and will have a job in Italy at least. Or you respect him for keeping his head down and defending his paycheck????

When has seedorf been caught doing drugs, out drinking too much, not training hard, criticized a coach for his errors on the pitch INSTEAD of accepting responsibility and generally not been ANYTHING but a consumate professional?

That's what i thought. His level may decline, but he's an amazing human being an a guy i'm proud to have at milan. Clarence represents most of what is right about Milan, professionalism, camaraderie, creativity WITH hard work, big game mentality.

Other than that, great comeback. "ooo senatore likes seedorf, so i'll insult that!' Great. So relevant.

I dont buy the personality thing too much because when he is healthy, he scores. his issue has been injuries, it is really as simple as that

seriously, if you doubt him watch the Inter and Napoli games from last year, or the game against Bartha. he is certainly a "big game player" and if he didnt care he wouldnt have ripped those teams (especially Inter and Napoli) to shreds

Wasnt Clarence the guy that told Carlo he should learn to coach while he was still on the pitch or something to that affect.

Wasnt it Clarence who pouted and said in the media that he should play at AM or SS and the coach should play him at CM anymore.

Wasnt Clarence the guy that was sitting on his ass just picking up his paycheck until the second half of last season, or is coasting being professional.

Selective memory.

But Clarence is a great player and I can give him that. Your main hate is because you despise how B&G choose to run the team and because of Pato getting his cushy spot. Well tough - life isnt fair, deal with it. Pato is here (for the time being) so deal with it.

Dont have a cow when he doesnt live up to your standard because he doesnt have to.

I dont see you blowing out your next heir Robinho either who likes to party and weaselled his way out of his last two clubs - or was that professional as well???

I don't care what a player does on his personal time. I'm not some naive kid, trust me anything dirty he's done, I've done myself, and a lot of times to my own detriment.

Robinho at milan works like a dog in both training and on the field. That's all I ask. Pato could have orgies with Silvio (like Sheva probably did) for all I care..... but when it reflects his attitude and play on the pitch not ok.

Yeah, life's not fair, it's not 'fair' milan doesn't sign my fav players, I don't care though... doesn't mean I have to like him or support him. I think it's a very dangerous precedent. Milan's been at it's strongest when guys with poor attitudes were not played (like gourcuff for ex.), not contiually getting shots cause of political reasons. I simply cannot support that.

Napoli game was his best game.

There are many games though where he has coasted. I do agree with Senatore Mitt on that and have said so countless times in this thread. I openly question his drive, if you want to be great you dont try to turn it on when you think you should, you kill everyone, everyday until you cant anymore.

There have been so many games as Carlo pointed out (though I wonder how many times he actually said that to Pato in the past) where Pato could and should easily have 3-4 goal games but he acts nonchalant or whatever and fluffs chances and most of us are happy he is on the score sheet or got a brace.

I think it should be the mission of Milan to get him ready for Post Ibra, he doesnt have to lead but he should be vital, getting him to be great now would be better but if the world doesnt end this year then Milan's world will at the rate we are going when Ibra leaves because it seems most are happy with just sacrificing all for now when we really arent that good but I bra gives us a chance.

Fair enough, I am probably being too harsh.

I do get tired of the miles of excuses though, and the constant 'free passes' for all his flaws so it's a response to that. Possibly too harsh, possibly not. Like I said, if I had my way both he and Zlatan would be sold and we'd start 'a new project'.

So what he has done in the past two years have totally killed it for you but you supported Clarence when he was stinking it up??? That right there is bias.

Anyway we agree that Pato is fucking up - my thing is we should straighten him out. You like Allegri think you cant reason with Silvio so it is impossible to get through to Pato. That maybe so but I think Allegri's thinking is clouded by Ibra and I think if he showed some balls and massaged the King's (that would be Silvio not Ibra, Fred) ego he could get what he wants. Middle management do that shit everyday.

Allegri has life made at the moment, that doesnt mean his job should be easy street :D

seedorf fat wage......:fp:

seedorf attitude against small team opponents

what a great member of family :fp:
Might be a relevant point. Ibra is notorious for not giving a shit in small games (only thing I dont like about him to be honest), sedorf is useless in small games as well. Pato? As much as he has looked of sometimes, I´ve never seen a correlation with what teams you meet or what is at stake.
