pato has done good in the first team before and at 22yrs he can do it again (normally)

I agree there's been a dip in quality, but what should the mods do then? Because I can think of a number of people to "correct". You being one of them because from my perspective you're on Fred's nuts as much as he's on Pato's.

I see a lot of people getting annoyed with Fred whenever he slams Pato. When players don't perform they get slammed. Fred is getting his hits in while it's justified. He obviously doesn't like the kid, or he doesn't like something about him or his situation. This annoys a lot of people.

But moreso than that I see bitterness between a group of people because they've had a history of arguments. This leads to anger, which leads to hate, which leads to suffering. Sorry.

Seriously though, it's not one persons fault a whole forum gets a drop in quality. It's a collective effort.

Fred could be in here slamming Pato everyday and if no one reacted but just "lol'd" it off and went on their way, the forum would be just as good. Or if not that, at least defeat an argument without using ad hominems.

That kills the atmosphere more than anything.

If everybody goes around calling each other morons, and haters & fanboys and so on nobody is gonna respect each other.

but balotelli is in much better form than pato. city will never make that trade in pato's current form. we'll be lucky if we get exactly what we paid for pato when we sell him in the summer...somewhere around 22 million euros or something.
