I've thought about it long and hard, and here is my conclusion:
I don't hate Juventus and as much as they bitch and complain, they really deserve to be higher in the table than us.
Think about it, our record against the "Big" sides this year have been terrible. Only team we truly outclassed is Roma (maybe Udinese). We had tons of games where we could have put away, blame the refs, but if we played like WE SHOULD, 1 ref error should not have decided the game against the likes of Fiorentina and Lazio.
I know we got screwed against Juve, okay, we drew. But had we have gotten all the other points we wouldn't be in this position. This game against Fiorentina? Really? It's nobody's fault other than our player's complacency and Allegri's lack of tactical shrewdness (Sure he's performed sometimes but he really hasn't shown much quality as a coach against quality sides).
Now, on to Juventus. They bitch and moan a lot. True. Conte looks like a cunt. True. But every game they play their hearts out, be honest Milan fans, you would LOVE it if our team plays like that EVERY game. We would/should absolutely demolish Serie A teams EVEN THOUGH we have a weak MF and LB. Compare our team to Juve's, I'd much rather have ours any day. If we had a team like Juve's, then I'd truly be worried that we are long ways off from European success (No offense to Nedved and Bianconeri, just my humble opinion). They have the likes of Quagliarella, Matri, Borriello, and Vucinic who are good forwards for Italy, but by no means WC compared to ours. However, their team is very industrious and they can make draws out of losses and wins outta draws.
I think we need to start looking at what we are doing wrong rather than pointing fingers. Because there could always be reasons or excuses why we didn't win. It's not like we do everything right.
P.S. - I still hate Inter
