i've heard names from guardiola to capello being thrown out there the last few days in rumors who knows if they are true or not. hopefully we do see a coaching change though. no disrespect to allegri he has made some dumb choices at times, but I personally don't feel the players respect him enough. Rasmus Elm is totally different from Nocerino. He's a playmaker, if anything, who's good in scoring via free kicks and corners (directly). Toivonen has played both as striker and attacking midfielder. PSV signed him as their new striker few years ago. Nowadays he plays as their attacking midfielder though, because he ruins too many 100% goalscoring chances when he played as a striker (as attacking midfielder it goes better). Toivonen is not good enough for Milan. Elm is AZ's key player, not sure what he will do at a topclub.
