From what I have seen and read, it became clear that management decided that Seedorf was not the right man for the rebuild. The more I see of Seedorf, the more I get the AVB feeling. They get results with inferior sides, but so alienate the players around them and the members of the boardroom that it falls apart quickly.

Until Seedorf learns tact and humility, he'll never achieve anything as a manager. Confidence is great and necessary, but hubris is not.

I can't say that Inzaghi will become a puppet, and it's really unfair of us to brand him as such. He seemingly has a better capacity to work within the framework of this team and get what he wants in a better way. Bitching and moaning constantly to the media, behind the scenes, etc. is one way of going about things, but it seldom works.

Inzaghi has shown an understanding of bonding, winning, and flexibility, which is needed.

He is going the same way as Seedorf after next season, why did they consider him instead of Seedorf? What is the point? And who said that he will even do a better job. Seedorf should've got a real chance, a real transfer window and a full season since he didn't make a bad job based on recourses and time.

I love Inzaghi, but this is weird. This club is falling apart.
It's truly a circus, absolutely no plan in place. Basically just improvisation!

No I didn't like Seedorf from the beginning but he has begun to find his way so this is especially bad how it is being done. That being said, I don't think Seedorf really is the guy for us at this time. Pippo I believe could be but I'm not sure he is fully ready right now and question why they think this is the right time for Pippo to take this job.... why not let him coach for a Serie A side for a few years first and then bring him in?

Either way I wish Pippo all the best with this circus management. Pippo always has had that special something so who knows... could work out. Forza Superpippo!!

You support Seedorf, not Milan. Fake fans, fake fans everywhere. I thought I told you to GTFO?

I doubt people here are Seedorf fans over Milan fans. In fact, Seedorf has one of the most divisive legacies of any Milan player.

Real Milan fans are those who support whoever happens to be in charge at the moment.

Dear Tadej,

Thank you for your continued responses to me, on multiple threads. I do appreciate your commitment to your crush on me, though I must digress that I do not share those same feelings. I am confident that you will find another crush and role model to emulate in the future, it just requires the utmost faith. Remember, everyone fails, and it's how we get up that defines our character, not our failures themselves. Some of the greatest innovations of our generation have come from failures, so take this moment as a reflection.

This rejection is not an indictment on you directly, but rather more of a blanket statement that affects my entire life at this current point. Your crush on me does not coincide with my goals at this moment.

I wish you all the best in the world, and hope that you find the true love and validation that you constantly seek.

Warmly,

USC

P.S. when you have a meme that shows the correct spelling of a word and you call the other person a morron [sic], it really undermines your point.

Tadej is the asshat who refused to acknowledge anyone being Milan fans if they didn't support Seedorf, which is an utterly preposterous stance to hold.

Seedorf was one of my favorite players, I even liked admired him as a manager more or less, but Milan trumps any single player or manager for the club. This is something Tadej doesn't understand, nor will he ever. He's a fake fan, through and through.

Don't mind me asking, I am not taking sides here, but what is defined by a fake fan and a true fan? I support Milan but have been endlessly let down by them this season that it has made my not want to watch their games. Football is meant to be entertainment, and MILAN this season, have not delivered any positive entertainment. People accuse me of also being a fake fan but I like seeing Milan do well, not shit.

It should be tough love, when a team goes throug bad times, they need to be critiqued for change, not blindly supported as amazing.

I'm finding it tough to articulate my point properly to be honest

bold part seems true and thus I cannot comment on this.

Milan is a realm of identities that encompass different people, things, cultures, standards. you either support it, or you don't. its not technical. and if an individual whimsical thing can drastically crash the reality of support that you bear, just wonder how fickle you really are as a fan some something as grand as Milan.

and that tapatalk message at the end of your posts is getting annoying.

@ tadej, if pippo is appointed coach, get over it and start supporting it
every true milan fan, wouldn't like it that seedorf is sacked, but if that's the case, we'll have to suck it up and move one

This.

People were pissed off when Leo left, but you just move on and support the new manager. If he kicks out your favourite players, then still follow your favourite players and hope they do well, but support the manager.

It's a forum, not a boardroom, and all your criticism is going to do is make you look like a little bitch.

As fans, our opinions are pretty much irrelevant. If there are fuckups, you can do nothing but watch past it and support Milan regardless of it. If you can't handle it, then you stop supporting the club, simple as that.

They ain't throwing out de Boer. Besides Seedorf wouldn't fit there, too big dicked, Ajax can't handle big dicked people in their board.

I hope Clarence can find a spot in Italy, so we can follow his progress easily.

He quit football mid season to become coach for his dream club, now 4 months later that dream is squashed despite delivering good results. I think he's definitely going to want to find another job to develop as a coach.

I'd really like for him to stay connected to Milan but I don't see that happening at this point
