You can not spend 25 million on an aging, not so great player when the team is in rebuild mode and has almost zero money. Especially not on a position which is the least problematic.
How about we take those 25 million and spend them on a quality midfielder or two, or a couple of defenders, or even a solid goalkeeper?
Anything but attack should be the priority. If they do this it will be a big waste of money, just like Matri and it will only further prolong our misery.
