pitiable defense my ass. drame from chievo omg, u cannot be serious. He is average at basically everything. If he ever joined milan, i am certain he would be chastised by everyone including you. Mesbah had better stats than him before we signed him and i dont need to tell you about how royally he messed up here. There is huge difference between playing for a fodder team that lacks any sort of ambition and a team that competes for trophies every season (barring last year). All he got for him is pace and a bit of stamina, he is not good technically and neither is exactly a hulk physically, he simply isnt cut out for a club like milan.

funny how everyone started putting Baselli in our first 11 lineup for the next season, guy still needs a lot of improvement, same happened with Saponara, everyone was saying he's the big deal but he had like 90? mins of playing time in the whole season If we're getting Baselli I'm 99% sure he wont be a starter for atleast half a season..

The difference is that he played about 1500 minutes this term for a mid-table Serie A side whereas Saponara was playing in Serie B. Baselli's minutes are roughly on par with Muntari and Poli (both of whom have about 100 more).

It comes down to a fundamental difference in football philosophy and preference. Balotelli is a much more contemporary player whereas Mandzukic is a more traditional player. It needs to come down to planning, tactics, desire, and those areas to determine fit and capacity. There is no vacuum when it comes to discussing these two players.

Why are you mentioning Ibra? We are comparing Mandzukic and Balotelli.
Mandzukic was a vital part of a CL winning side while Balotelli never did anything close to that.
He acts like a child on the pitch while Mandzukic is a true professional.

I´m not saying we should sell Balo but to say that he is superior to Mandzukic is just ridiculous at the moment.
