You also need more than 3 CBS and one is Bonera who is awful at CB with Mexes and Zapata most likely gone. Not to mention the injuries that plague this team. Hopefully Kaka leaving means Taarabt stays. But it's the players will that counts. Valencia wasn't budging from 7m now they are selling Rami to us for 4m. If Taarabt really wants to be here, he'll be here.

Napoli is interested in Pazzini as a vice-Higuain. Depending how the CF situation plays out at Milan, maybe a swap with Pazzo? But I doubt it.

Would prefer Behrami over Dzemaili, he would be cheaper as well, 6m or so.

Behrami would be perfect on a 3 year contract. Very versatile, useful player.

Not what we need at all. Hes a destroyer with no skills on the ball. Hes injury prone lately too.
Hes better than Dzemaili, but not needed here.

Dzemaili as I said would be a nice option as a BOX TO BOX, IMO we need one player who can shoot, make runs, pass defend and add a bit of pace to our mid. Not a lot of reasonably priced options out there along with a ball playing CM.
Dzemaili along with someone like Cigarini/Baselli/Badelj who can play anchor and once Monty returns RCM would be nice.

Zapata is just like Bonera. He had his share of good games but also many bad ones. Just remember the game against Napoli where he recover the ball just to pass the ball to Higuain which almost cost us.

Toloi had a small amount of games played in serie A though he was not awful.

If we get rid of Bonera, Zapata is welcome however Bonera is not going anywhere.

Think about this, had Toloi been impressive enough then Roma would have bought him outright. They probably don't rate him enough to displace Castan in the future and wont purchase him. I dont recall him ever playing alongside Benatia instead of Castan and his only appearances were when Benatia was injured iirc. Of course, half a season is very little time to judge.

It would be a waste to ship out someone seasoned for someone who cant impress enough though.

Signing Tielemans and keeping Cristante for 4-3-3 would be ideal. Casemiro is awful.

Tielemans wants to finish his education in belgium though so that 2 more years before he leaves. At that point he is going to break the 15 m belgium transfer record easily.

I know it isn't the same as actually watching him play, but these clips with all touches in a game can be helpful.. and he didnt play that much this season to begin with. I think he got like 200 minutes
