If we are as broke as we say why in the world are we even going for high profile players like Iturbe?? Why couldnt we do the dortmund approach and find the next Gotze, Kagawa, Sahin, Hummels etc.

We obviously can't compete financially, why not compete using a bit of a brain instead?

At this point I don't think we have any scouts, we need a scouting staff to go and find players around the world for us, the main way arsenal made money is by finding future stars and selling them for money. now they are able to spend 50Mil on 1 player

who the hell would change 11 players in the squad?? what are you even talking about right now?

I meant they need to have 11 players who can compete now or in a few years .. not that we need a whole new team..

realistically we probably need 3-4 players.. plus getting rid of ALL the shit.

Time we hire a proper PR - You never read BS like 'Juve abandon pursuit due to economic circumstances'
Why don't you go suck a Juve's dick and buy their kits and watch their matches, while you're at it?

MR is right... everyone goes "Juve this, Juve that" and harp on Milan. You got a problem? You can leave

my point is this . we should do everything to get this kid not just because of his talent but for the intent it shows . if we miss out on him because we are outbided and the juve offer if just too good then ok I except that . what we must not do though is turn to a lesser player that offers very little long term ie lavezzi . do I still think that galliani is incompetent well I do and this is not a question of love for the club cause he isn't the club. we have to face facts that we have still made questionable decisions in our goalkeeping ranks and even with saponara who I think may have really benefited from being loaned though I think that may still happen .

it's early days and I apologise if my passion for this club got me a bit heated but I just don't want to see another needless signing and no semblance of a plan b . like I said in a previous post ...Napoli go for gonalons and fail so turn their attention to sandro . if we fail with iturbe then focus on shaqiri (though he is pretty much Liverpool bound), lamela or someone like that .

I never understood why modern milan management is so obsessed with strikers. Over the past 2 decades they had a ton of playmakers that were arguably the key behind the clubs entertaining football. And considering silvio loves that kinda of football its baffling midfielders with ideas are such an afterthought these days.

Forget about lavezzi gailliani lol and use the money on a playmaker instead. Any kind of playmaker. Watching muntari pretend hes actually trying to connect a team is tragic. Funny but tragic.

Sidenote: still waiting for some folks to show their heads after shitting on the club they love just, oh.... 20min ago.

As do I.

My gif of choice.

because the midfield market is shit right now, every player worth buying for midfield is extremely overpriced.

I don't know about taarabt . I was impressed with a few games he played but for me it was taarabt or menez and whether right or wrong we went for menez. now we need real starter quality players .

de jong is one rumoured to be wanted by man united and he presents a tough choice . for me he is a terrific character and leader and has good qualities but the truth is he can be replaced it just has to be a good replacement ie Gustavo or Gonalons .

Zapata is another one like de jong . for me he is better than bonera but if the money Is good and a player like Mustafi or someone that is a young developing CB comes along then maybe jump at it .

I hope we'll see more deals regardless of the iturbe outcome cause we still have one or two players that if nothing else we could use as trade bait

Yes is suppose without money the market is shit overall.

I was hoping rakitic could be that midfielder. For a player of his quality he went rather cheap to barca.

There are good players if u keep an eye on. Overpriced? Well yeah the whole market is. Sadly with all the petro dollars flying around i dont think you can able to get anything for the right price. Tragic reality of football.

I actually had hopes for FFP for a while heh.
