Balotelli has talent, no doubt about that. He is the only potentially world class player in the squad.
Inzaghi has never had a training session with professional squad. If there's a square peg here thats trying to be forced it is Inzaghi, not Balotelli. We have no guarantees that Inzaghi will perform, we don't know if he's capable.... however Balotelli is definitely capable. He just needs the right coach (IMO Prandelli would have been great for Milan).
You're discounting SES as a world class talent. I assume your "professional squad" comment means senior squad, correct? He has been coaching in the system for two years, has shown what he wants and how he wants to get it, and believes in team unity to win (read his thesis if you haven't, it's shockingly poignant). A coach/manager/etc. HAS to demonstrate his vision and have the pieces to make it work, and it goes for any aspect of life.
I have defended Balotelli, and still will continue to do so, but at some point, the excuses need to stop for him. How many "right coaches" can he squander? He's now had issues with pretty much every single manager under whom he played except for Seedorf. If he can't get self-motivated and/or see a sports psychiatrist to figure out the issue, then nothing will matter.
