The results and perfomances are no coincidence as he is a WC coach.

World class?? No

But to have 0 goals conceded in all 6 games especially after taking over a new team is simply amazing

It is pretty damn good

An average coach is doing well after he took over a team that collected 102 points last season + got a lot better depth this year? No way :o

Wait till they start playing in CL more often.

Out for a walk.
Allegri a world class coach

He's throwing out the same players onto the pitch as Conte did. And what do you know, they're just as good as before.

We'll see how he'll do when Pogba and Vidal leave... and they will eventually. No way they can hold onto them forever. The remaining Juve's key players are all in their 30's, time will come when they'll have a mass exodus that we had and things will start crumbling down.

Buffon - 36
Chiellini - 30
Barzagli - 33
Evra - 33
Lichtsteiner - 30
Pirlo - 35
Tevez - 30

Allegri's ship will start sinking when key members of Conte's team start leaving.

Unlike Berlusconi, it doesn't seem like Juve will be selling players and not replace them. Pogba and Vidal if sold, will be sold to the highest bidder and their current total price is around 100 mill which is enough to calmly pick the exact player that you need instead of a player that is for free and you don't know whether he'll deliver.

In case you missed the memo, Vidal has been on and off recently with injuries and Allegri replaced him with Pereyra (23 years old bought for 15 mill) just fine. People said the same thing about Pirlo and Barzagli but Ogbonna/Caceres and Marchisio are doing their job smoothly and these are no oldies.
I just hope that he doesn't get the entire team rolling cause Giovinco also had a great game last week when he started instead of Tevez of all the people, and Coman also has quite a bit of quality (though probably not consistent) ... and we're not even talking about whether Morata will be worth the 20 mill spent on him.

Next week though will be the moment of truth, Atletico Madrid and Roma are two games that can make for a smooth or rough sailing depending on whether they win or lose.

Buffon will play until 40, if he doesn't get any injury.
Chillini still has about 4 years left. He is a CB after all, they last longer.
Barzagli, has about two years, but Caceres and Ogbonna are good enough.
Lichsteiner, has about 3 years. We'll see how Romulo turns out to be.
Pirlo already replaced by Marchisio.
Tevez will play another 2 years. Coman, Morata, are very good players. Plus with CHL, Juve can afford to buy a 30m striker next year.

We should get Verrati, as a replacement for Pirlo.

He's a great young talent.

I'm a bit with you on this, but it's mostly because our teams are not fighting for the same goals. It would be like wishing for Ancelotti or Capello to do great as long as they are not playing against Milan.

Marchisio is a mix of a box-to-box and a playmaker, doesn't have the same passing range or the same vision and ball distribution as Pirlo but on the other hand is a lot better defensively and makes the team more balanced. Pirlo still has his uses, especially in a midfield with 5 players where you can afford one attack-minded player as long as the rest can run for 90 min.

I haven't seen too much of Verrati recently but from what I've seen he seems a bit weak in defense similar to Pirlo. Personally I'd take a player like Montolivo of 2 years ago than someone like Verrati or Pirlo. If they don't play well and make their passes count, they become a liability. People forget how Park Ji-sung, a player with a lot less talent but a lot more hard work than Pirlo made Pirlo his bitch when we played against M.U. Then again, Park Ji-sung doesn't play for Italy or some other big team.

Any combination of Pogba and Vidal works. And can use Marchisio, Pereyra, Asamoah, Rômulo, etc.

damnnn^ that is a loaded midfield. not to mention their strikeforce, tevez and llorente. jube also have giovinco and morata as subs, jesus. they have depth in quality in pretty much every department. Their bench players are probably on par with their starters. caceras is on bench ffs.

Yes i like allegri, but that doesnt mean i support jube u idiot. Well pippo is a ****** cause he starts bonera and muntari. Until he fixes our line up and utilizes the right players for our system, i will keep slandering him.

One factor that's not considered enough when rating Allegri's time at Milan is that Milan isn't a serious club. Not in the sense that the club works very professionally or with a consistent plan.

Or can you call this a serious club?

First this happened:

Thiago.jpg

Then this happened shortly after:

Ibra-Thiago-Silva-grazie-Presidente.jpg

And those are the players we signed in the same window:

Acerbi-Traore-Constant.jpg

If Milan can do one thing very well then it's making the job of the coach much more difficult than it should be. Either through stupid and unlogical decision's, weird and unnecessary comments by Berlusconi or saga's in the middle of the season (the Kaka-City saga, Pato-Tevez-Barbara-Silvio saga all in the middle of a season).

That should never be forgotten when rating a Milan coach, whether it's Inzaghi, Seedorf or Allegri or someone else. The ambitions of the club and from the public and the actual squad quality rarely match up since 2007.

it's far too early, won't disagree there but he's a good coach. Always b ugged me milan fans blamed him. It was exactly what silvio wanted. An excuse to take attention away from his incompetence and senile ways
