Calm down, if Pippo says he will prepare every game like a Champions final, it's a good signal. More preparation of the games from Pippo means more chances to loss, less preparation from Pippo, players could play better. With Genoa he did a camp before the match in Milanello, and said in the press "we have prepared in the best way, we will win the match", there were some players performing good before they trained with Pippo - Rami, De Sciglio and some other. If a player does not train with Pippo he could save the career, if he does it means it's over.

Klopp is possible. Especially if we have some cash to throw around. We all know he's a not so secret Milan supporter. IF given the opportunity it would be very enticing I'm sure he'd be the manager of the new Milan, stadium under way etc. It might be OK for Klopp to come in and not have immediate success. He knew fully well what happened to the previous rookie coach, he saw it hapenning. He knew what B&G anno 2015 were like. He knew the Milan environment anno 2015 since he was active as primavera coach.
