Also, do you really think Higuain’s going to score 30 with this midfield and forward line? Get real. He only managed 16 last season in a squad brimming full of creative players and legitimate wingers.

How many cutrone get with this midfield and forward line ?

Ezio Sella, a former player, spoke to #RMCSport:
What do you think of Higuain?
"The great strikers need the support of the team, he loves to play the ball on the ground, to attack the last 16 mtrs, for such striker you have to avoid crosses, go on goal with verticalizations".

Kojak is bringing up a valid point. Stop acting like registability from twitter.

Regardless of the result. Starting abate in 2018 should be a sackable offence.

I am sick and tired of watching mediocrity. this team has an awful midfield. glaring weakness in creativity.
more importantly I am sick of having an incompetent management on board.

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
Everyone needs to chill the season has only started sure there are many faults to pick out and there will always be a need to improve but a meltdown after one game?

Chill out, see how things progress I'm sure if it is looking as though it will really go south Leo and Maldini will have or take steps to correct it before it is too late Gattuso would probably admit he's not ready and step aside.

One game in one loss but nothing to panic over. Chill !

Losses are a part of football

But c'mon man how can anyone defend Borini starting and then leaving reina on the bench while trying to play out the back vs Napoli.

Now he's dumping calabria for abate, a player who offers sweet FA going forward (3 goals in 10 seasons for Milan). And is even worse at defending.

Last i remember DC performed pretty well against Roma.

I hear you  but I don’t think anyone is defending your criticisms in fact you are likely to find most agree. I really don’t know how we signed borini in the first place - sure he has heart and gives it his all but that is all he brings to the table.

Gattuso I had my doubts from the beginning he has achieved the things I would expect from his character as a manager Milan play as a team have more heart and drive. As a tactician he is found wanting but perhaps he will improve and so too might the team. Who knows ?

As I said I’m sure there is a a contingency plan in place that will be utilized before the point of no return or disaster. It was the first game and it was a bad loss and certainly the approach was reckless in how it was executed but it is the start of the season and it can be amended. Why get frustrated about something that is beyond your control.

All boils down to one thing.

I miss watching Milan in the San Siro on a Champions League Night.

I miss that period from December to the first knock out tie in Feb.

Points tally in serie A has increased over the last 2 seasons. Milan on 0 afer 3 rounds :(

F&M really shafted us with that extension.

Anthony Martial has not ruled out staying at Manchester United and is still talking to the club about signing a new contract, sources have told ESPN FC.

The Frenchman made it clear to United chiefs in the summer he wanted to leave Old Trafford but executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has so far refused to listen to offers.

Martial has admitted privately it is now unlikely he will be sold before the transfer window shuts in Europe on Friday.

United are still hoping to tie down the 22-year-old with a new deal and discussions are ongoing with Martial's representatives over a four-year contract with an option of another season.

Sources have told ESPN FC that Jose Mourinho is open to selling the forward but his plan to bring in 30-year-old Willian from Chelsea in his place was met with resistance by Woodward and the board.

Don't like the sound of that. Doesn't make sense though for him to renew his contract if he is unhappy. Unless he knows something about Mou's situation.

Or maybe these "sources" are making stuff up.

Quincy Promes to Sevilla for 21M.

Is it that Sevilla are better at negotiating or is it that teams immediately demand higher transfer fees from us because they assume we have lots of dough being a "bigger club"?

I thought Promes was quoted to us at 25-30m?

what qualification you have that makes you dare questioning Paolo Maldini's role?

Better being benched by Lingardinho than being Vice Borinho
