I bet there would be a fair few from the mid 2000’s that has just fallen away though.

We must have about 5-10 thousand lurkers! It’d be nice to see a few join in. Once the commode season is in full flight and we make a decent signing, I’m sure a few will come out of the closet.

I was a lurker for about a year before joining about 10 years ago, I was very intimidated to post. Once you pop that cherry you won’t stop.

General, there’s a clause hidden in the forum rules that if a bloc of members constituting more than 50.1% of total members expresses a lack of confidence in the leadership, then the leadership must step down and the forum ownership goes up for a vote. All members will then be eligible to vote.

So we think this rapid growth of our base is someone’s attempt to engineer a hostile takeover of the forum.

There are a few clear suspects (2), but we are working on a plan.
