There are no backups. They needed to solve our striker and RW problem and addressed neither. Origi is a flop so far. I hope that I get proven wrong and he comes through but so far he's been terrible and barely playing.

I am sad our unbeaten run came to an end. We were unfortunate. In another way of thinking, over the past 2.5 years, we've had two separate runs of 20+ games unbeaten in the league, that is impressive.

I won't argue that the team played well. The press was amazing and we clearly outplayed them. But the weak links exposed themselves once again. Dest and our attack.

The match showed that the team can play well with 2 playmakers. CDK and Diaz were doing well together. The CDK pass to Messias should have been a goal.

Maybe it's time to play without the right wingers and use Leao, CDK with Diaz or Adli

It was actually a perfect execution on Napoli's behalf. Calabria was doing great against Hvrat but he was on a yellow. A second yellow was almost inevitable. The substitution actually made perfect sense, it's the player who made an error.

It is what it is. We did okay considering our circumstances. Maybe in another game we handle the defense situation a little differently, Pioli was being ballsy with the half time switch. But we never had the legs to go the full 90, considering the bench and team fitness, once we didnt score in the first half it was bound to be an uphill battle.

Napoli have a good team and played a good game. On our side, Krunic great first half, Giroud sad that goal didnt matter in the end he really gave it his all, and besided the usuals i also thought calabria and kjaer had a good first half.

Pioli sadly flop of the match, i can see where he was coming from but in a big game like this i dont think its ever a good idea to switch out half of your back line. Kjaer and Calabria were both having good games besides the yellows, and switching them at half time killed our whole momentum. It shows he really feared Napolis left side, and we got punished for being too cautious. But maybe another day that works, we win and we’re calling Pioli a genius. Sadly it didnt payoff today, it is what it is. Napoli is a good team, cant help it.

Napoli are able to bring on Simeone from bench who had 17 goals last season (salad+Messias+Brahim+Rebic). We can certainly do more in adding quality depth.
