I would love it if we sign Baldanzi, but only if our budget allows it. At this point I consider him a luxury signing. A young, talented player that probably won't make a big impact in his first season, but that could become a very valuable player in the (near) future.

IMO you have to MAKE funds available now in order to sign him for c.10-15m or risk crying later when he's worth 40m+ or joins a rival club. Anyway, with 135m already banked from this season's CL run (plus another 40m+ guaranteed from next year's competition) in addition to wage savings from the likes of Zlatan, Baka, Dest, Vranckx + Diaz leaving, the money is definitely there.

Actually the incredible thing is how Saele got benched by Messiasfoder as soon as Messias got well from the injury. While Saele played probably the most mature calcio since he's here and was basically the only one trying something in the 1st game vs Inter.

Things Pioli does at times are honestly shocking.
