But I'm not going to pretend that I think this is a good idea. Because it isn't.
No idea if it is either, but we'll find out.

I don’t care what I said about Maldini in the past. Even if I believe that he got many things wrong and maybe someone else was better equipped for this role than him, you don’t kick our legend out like a dog. Yesterday’s send off for Zlatan was so classy and today we dismiss Paolo Maldini like he’s nothing smh. This could’ve been handled better.
Strip the team for parts. Leao for 120, Theo for 80, mike for 60, Tomori for 60.
We in meat business folks.
Just keep Tonali this reverse Berlu with baresi when he took over.
Yeah say goodbye to cl semi finals for next decade.
I fear Milan could lose several key players but I hope not I really do.it is the Path.
Many Players have bond with Maldini not Pioli(especially the likes of Theo, Leao, Mike, Benaccer), now he is not there who will make them stay, Gerry?? Mancada?? low salary ?.
Unfortunetely Nothing much left from milan we loved, no traditions, no passion, just the name and blood sucking investors who care about nothing. FFS, can't we support a normal team without emotional roller coaster every fucking year.
You need to have stability to build success. I really hope their gamble and a very rash decision pays off. They made a massive gamble but they also spent over $1B to earn that right.
Fuck’s sake guys, they own the team and want to try it their way. It’s not fucking clean but it rarely is.
Yeah, Moncada scouted Adli, Vranckx, and CDK. So, I'm not exactly full-of-confidence in this ownership group who doesn't even know what plot of land they want to use to build their stadium on.
Stability brings success. If you make big changes, like this, especially when you are borrowing money like Redbird are, then you have to succeed or you are fucked.
what does that have to do with anything… my “belief“And do you really believe he will do that from next season?
The guy that said he understands the responsibility of being owner of Milan, that the fans are "real owners" or something between the lines.
I surely don't trust him, i have no reason to trust so far
Wild… I’m obviously talking about the next steps. Get the best leaders who will help us build the best teamYou want faster than this ?
Wtf![]()
MaybeI envy people right now that can’t see the impending disaster that is upon us. Everything that has been built in last four/five years, the stability, is gone.
We can forget finishing anywhere near CL places next season.
Then we go insult mode. What if Gerry is here to just leech the club?
If we're being honest with ourselves this team will survive the sale of any player outside Mike and LeaoStrip the team for parts. Leao for 120, Theo for 80, mike for 60, Tomori for 60.

No I don't actually want this project crashing, but i want a new owner. I get this feeling that Gerry is some leech that just saw an opportunity to make Milan Toulouse 2.0...and I just don't think Milan is the right club for that. You can't build a top team with "just" cheap kids with high potential, you need to blend it with great players with experience. Our core is already by stacked with young players, it's not wrong of Maldini to ask for higher investment.I honestly don’t know. I can’t answer you that.
For what it’s worthy, my reply was in response to this.
I think Cardinale might be a leech, unfortunately. But do we really want this? So we want to fail? Have our ‘project’ if there is one to burn because Maldini got sacked, or do we want to hope that there is some plan in it?
We all want Milan to succeed don’t we?
If he thinks he can continue getting packed stadiums and not make this team win, immediately after this decision, then he's going to be in a rude awakening, and worse yet, we're going to suffer for it.I think both maybe true - he got fired because of the poor market and wanting more money this summer and the budget is indeed the same amount as the past summer.
The more this unfolds, this is making me think of some of those scummy owners in Major League sports that have know they dont need to win to be profitable, worse still they know they can do the least and still be profitable. San Siro was jam packed even though we were sputtering - every matchday jam packed, he doesnt need to spend much more to keep that rolling in.
I hope too we hit homeruns on he market but just looking at what transpired so far it doesnt point to us trying to climb the mountain.
That was a personal dispute between him and a segment of our supporters. That’s a family dispute. Not the same as a broke clown who doesn’t have any passion for the sport let alone our beloved club and doesn’t even own the club (Redbird’s shareholders do as he’s only worth 200m). He can’t disrespect one of ours.Maldini was raucously booed by the Curva Sud at his own farewell

We are Milan half decent season and we will mint money. If we get a stadium we will a printing machine.Revenues will plummet and they will be fucked trying to sell the club or generate a profit.
You can’t just sell your most valuable parts and expect someone to somehow pay more for your asset…
Is it confirmed?
If it is then everything people said about Gerry and going minimal was true - There isnt a grand plan to scale up, its gambling on finding good cheap players and however we do its OK, milk the fans and build revenue streams off just Milan's built in fandom, not actually chasing glory.
Looollllll! Why can't good things happen instead? I had like 40 pages and thought hmmm maybe we've signed a really good player niceeee.
Checks Twitter: Maldini is fucking fired
They live in fantasy land. Im bitter enough to come back every weekend to ask them how the new project is going. I see you all!How the little piggies will grunt when they hear how the old boar suffered
Now let's see what Theo, Leao, and Maignan will do
Enjoy the ride with people who don't know how to win and never won anything.
Nothing suggest they are taking it slow.what does that have to do with anything… my “belief“
that’s his job to make sure I’m pleased as a fan
thats what I believe
Wild… I’m obviously talking about the next steps. Get the best leaders who will help us build the best team
thats the extent of what you’re gonna do about itThey live in fantasy land. Im bitter enough to come back every weekend to ask them how the new project is going. I see you all!
