Pep can do nothing with low level talented teams. His playing style is not proper to average or just above average players. He can use his system just with top 100 players in the world. I even bet if he get a midtier team because of his obsessions his team most probably relegates. He couldn’t win scudetto last year with this Milan , I am %100 confident . He is idealistic , if you bring pep , you should have money and bring the players he wanted , then you can dominate the league.

For example for Bayern and psg he shouldn’t be even top-20 candidate. These 2 teams already win their league. Cup games needs more pragmatism. Simone inzaghi is much more wiser choice for psg for example.

For nba there is a phrase , in regular season you are as strong as your strongest side , in playoffs you are as strongest as your weakest side.
