Ok i have news on Popovic
The intermediary who was carrying out the operation with Milan, who is Furlani's trusted lawyer, tells me that in his opinion Milan has changed the cards on the table because they are trying to buy another non-EU player (he doesn't know who or what role). and therefore Milan no longer wanted to occupy the position with Popovic. Milan asked Popovic to sign up for Monza and remain under the control of Milan but he refused. Milan used the unexpected trip to Milano as an excuse
Yeah it was a real surprise, but I'll always give someone a chance to recover from a fall... And all joking aside, addiction is a cause for a lot of wrongs. No comparison.
There are certainly degrees of degeneracy. I wasn’t baiting you on that…not really my style.
But I was quite disappointed with Tonali.
The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. We never decided whether we want to use the non-EU on him, as has been reported. He shows up hoping to force the issue, we decide to walk away because of that move. I don't think we would give him our word and then withdraw, most likely we never made a decision before his birthday, and he showed up once 18 hoping to sign with some fanfare and media pressure.
He is the intermediary that worked on this deal and he is working on Ouedraogo too. He said Milan used the unexpected trip as an easy way out, they were really unaware of the trip and of course they did not like it, he can't say for sure but we want a more ready player for the Non EU spot. There was no agreement and they did not like that Popovic shows up and everyone see him, they did not like this pressure , they asked him to sign with Monza but under Milan control so and this is his opinion they can use the non EU spot on another player but Popovic refusedI was about to write that this is now an interesting plot twist that wouldn't make our management look too good. Flying the boy in with an agreement in place just to blow it all off at the very last second under a completely made-up excuse.
But then I re-read it and saw the bolded part. Does that lawyer know for a fact what happened, or is that just his unconfirmed opinion what might have happened?
Edit: No Milan representative being there at Popovic' landing makes this Really hard to believe one must say tho
The only angle I've seen that makes it look like a push (at all) was the one from a bird's eye view. All the other angles I don't see enough contact for a penalty.
If that's enough contact for a penalty then Leao should get three in every game.
I don't think Jimenez's tackle was a penalty, but I also am not so sure if the handball was a penalty for us. I'd take it, and considering how dubious the Jimenez tackle was, but I think he brings his arm close to his body after initially having it out, which to me shows that he was trying to withdraw the arm.
But on the other hand, you could say that he's trying to make himself bigger, even if his arm is by his side. A more egregious version of this was when we played Juve and Vlahovic uses his arm to block a shot, even though his arms were "by his side."

It all sounds fishy. Why hasn't Man City come back for Popovic now that the deal is off? The fact he's been sitting at home for months without playing shows not only are his agents/entourage trouble, but so is he.He is the intermediary that worked on this deal and he is working on Ouedraogo too. How much money has this guy cost the club so far? Lost revenue from the CL, Coppa Italia, refusing to sell Krunic in the summer for a lot more money, Club World Cup? Any more? So, bioli made milan lose $5m on krubitch?

That's the angle I meant:
For me, it's quite a push. It looks like De Roon is trying to stop his run but gets that unexpected push from behind that makes him uncontrollably collide with Gabbia.
It's not like when Leao makes his run and players try to hold him back when he rushes past them. At least there's a slight chance to get to the ball. But here, Tijanis is in no position to get to the ball before de Roon, he's behind and pushes his back. Not even slightly IMO when you, again, look how De Roon is actually trying to slowdown his run.
It's a clear foul to me![]()
You're comparing a Supercoppa with a Scudetto? The fact that we won as much trophy with Pioli as with Montella speaks volumes to itself.
Stay strong, brother, only 4 more months, we will push it through!
What a clown show. If they weren’t sure they should not have let him come this far in the process.Ok i have news on Popovic

With the exit from the Coppa Italia and a cycle that is coming to an end, the prospects of Milan's transfer market in January are changing. Several investments will be postponed until next summer
Saving their money for the next coach.
Just talked about the quantity of trophies. Obviously a Scudetto and a Supercoppa win is not on the same level in importance. That's why I put it into the "Mickey Mouse" category. But the fact is that this is the 4th season Pioli had a competitive squad, a top3 in Italy easily, and he only managed to win 1 scudetto... He got us out of banter era, so I will thank him for that, but this is the 2nd season in a row which we are massively underachieving, and not winning anything. And this is not something I can tolerate. You're comparing a Supercoppa with a Scudetto?
Pioli will leave in the summer.
Meaning?Moncada said to my source
"Wenger is no longer around, the coaches keep what I take"

He decides the players on the mercato, he also said that Simone Inzaghi has 0 say on the mercato and we see the results.Meaning?
Does your source concur with Longo that we won't see investment in this window? He decides the players on the mercato, he also said that Simone Inzaghi has 0 say on the mercato and we see the results.
Also this is a list of names that have been proposed to us for the non EU spot

My source believes the non EU won't be used on defense though

He believes we will do something in midfield and probably with the non EU spot but he has no news about itDoes your source concur with Longo that we won't see investment in this window?
Pioli doesn't deserve any.
