You guys need to chill with the Theo hate. Our experienced players are cunts, management very incapable when signing strikers and defenders. Also signed coach at the end of mercetto.
Fonsesca had good flashes but it was sabotage and ******ness from defense. Insane when Mike was having a good year. He won against real and inter but lost too many points in league.
I think dinho/janku/antonini under that stupid Leonardo were more professional and effective than our greatest strength. Sell these fucks when they get in form. I bought a Theo jersey in summer
At least deers have improved a lot, yousuf is amazing. Keep them away from players who have been here for 4-5 years. Respect for logo decreases as tenure increases. Mike is kinda back. Pavlovic is absolute ****** and one leg is from chuck, fuck me i thought we were covered at back but now we need more cbs and moratta is the pussy I knew from ladri years.

Reject any clausul involving tijani go to them in the future.@Master Smurf your time is here![]()
After how his Lazio era ended I can understand that they didn't want to give him those conditions, especially if Conceicao accepted them.So management offered the same offer to Sarri that they did Conceicao.
Sarri responded that he wanted an 18 month contract with no exit clause.
Honestly, would it have been that fucking bad to offer Sarri the rest of this season + 1 year to try and get his team in order???
What a fucking joke, these guys are going around and just straight up disrespecting people with their offers![]()
I’d argue the same with Tomori. At his best he’s amazing. Surprised you used him as an example like Calabria. You guys need to chill with the Theo hate.
All players have drops in form.
To name a few recent ones - Mbappe, Haaland, even Messi and CR7.
Great coaches ALWAYS stand behind their players during tough times.
Real fans were crying rivers for Carlo to bench Mbappe. He hasn't and now Mbappe is scoring in every match.
You don't manage top players the way you manage Calabrias and Tomoris.
My feeling is that Milan gave this exact offer to multiple coaches in the summer and only Lopetegui and Fonseca accepted it. They dropped Lopetegui after the fan revolt, and signed Fonseca. After a few months of no work Conceicao probably relented and accepted the offer, but if he has done so in the summer we might have signed him. I don’t think they chose one coach over another they just signed the lowest bid. After how his Lazio era ended I can understand that they didn't want to give him those conditions, especially if Conceicao accepted them.
Hate Fonseca or love him, he's shown to be the man in all of these shambles. He's the only with the courage to say things the way they are, to try to change things. He may be limited or someone we all believe isn't the standard for Milan, but the bunch of incompetent cowards did him dirty. He was shorthanded by from the beginning with this disjointed squad. This anal alpinism of curva for Fonseca is insane![]()
Tomori isn't a terrible player, don't get me wrong.I’d argue the same with Tomori. At his best he’s amazing. Surprised you used him as an example like Calabria.
What A coach would come here? Unless it is someone like Conte who is dragged down by how problematic he is. B coach like Sarri is realistic for us, a Pep is notMy feeling is that Milan gave this exact offer to multiple coaches in the summer and only Lopetegui and Fonseca accepted it. I don’t think they care much which coach from that big list of B or C level coaches they had on the list. To them they’re all the same and the only important factor was that they wouldn’t get saddled with a big contract if things go south.
We all know a top level coach will quickly elevate this team into guaranteed title contenders, but that requires a level of risk and commitment that they’re not comfortable making. They didn’t reject Conte because he’s culturally incompatible, they have no culture. He’s demands too much and they want minimal investment in order to satisfy the minimal requirement of CL qualification. Anything above that is a bonus.
Weren’t people here crying when we moved on from him and said this management wasn’t serious. Seriously what a take.Zirzee, lol. How can this management manage to target every shit player possible? And here I was, promised Enzo, Álvarez, and the like. It’s strange, without Maldini to stop them, they could be signing gems, yet all they seem to find now is trash.
The problem is - leao is an annoying bastard, but he is good. And what alternative do we have??Conceicao is a known hard-ass, no-nonsense, call-it-like-it-is manager.
The only question is does he go easy on these bitch ass players at first, then starts making demands in the summer OR just go full-Conte right away and possibly alienate players?
No way his football is going to work without getting rid of some less committed players first, and if it were me, Leao would be the first guy on the chopping block.
With our revenues, with the stadium almost approved, with the future so bright... we could take a risk and invest in a top level coach that can cost as much as 8 or 10m net. We're hunting in the 2, 3, maybe 4m range and only after they prove themselves with us in a try before you buy deal. We don't need to be this risk averse. It's way too safe. The longer we delay this upgrade (including upgrading the CF) we are delaying our position back to the top of Europe. It's going to happen, but it can happen now instead of in two or three years. They just don't feel it's important to take that risk and maybe lose some money in those couple of years. Better to play it safe, make sure we don't overcommit and keep the ship steady until we finally dock at San Donato. What A coach would come here? Regarding Conte I am sure that they rejected him for his way of doing things, they want a coach and nothing more, that was made pretty clear.
However I agree that style is largely secondary.

But who concretely? Pep no, Carlo no. Klopp maybe if he got a more managerial role but also a bit of a stretch. With our revenues, with the stadium almost approved, with the future so bright... we could take a risk and invest in a top level coach that can cost as much as 8 or 10m net. This in essence was probably the major point in the rift with Maldini. Invest now and elevate the team instead of playing it safe and waiting for the revenue to skyrocket and then invest.
lol these posts trigger me. This is a joke right?
Pioli more than anyone was put in an unfair positions. Dude had to play Giroud in most games and had no replacement for Kessie or Hakan. Had to use Kalulu as a CB, when he was new. Had to use Messiah and Saelemakers as starting RW. Had no sub for Leao for the longest time. Had to use a new to the league CDK. Somehow still won the league, went to the semi final of the champions league, some how finished second with 10 million injuries. Had to play Theo as CB cause we had Kjaer injury, Kalulu injury.
Yet Fonseca was treated unfairly. 2 strikers, in reijnders, inform Pulisic, luxury of a sub for Leao, sub for Theo, Calabria sub. Man poor Fonseca. Has 5 cbs but can’t figure out which works. Has 2 strikers but can’t score. Poor Fonseca. Has a decent CDM in Fofana while Pioli had to deal with an injury prone Bennacer and an exciting Pobega. Yet some of you shat on Pioli every chance you got but it’s poor Fonseca.
I wanted Pioli out too. But this Fonseca pity party is laughable
But you wanted fonseca gone right.
Literally posted about it almost every single day
And now you're still complaining.
and if it wasn't for americana you'd still be mounting camels and banging sheeps instead of going to tennis lessons, shahidShut your mouth menachem , if it wasn't for americana you would be in a gulag in kamchatka you scrawny weasel
Me too completely agree with curva sud on this one..Fonseca was chosen by the management for a job he clearly wasn’t qualified for and wasn’t backed by them when things went south. They didn’t address the media, they didn’t respect the coach enough or stood by him.
He clearly wanted Saele to stay but they got rid of him too.
Pioli had a 100m transfer dedicated to him last season and rumours has it that he had decent input on it. He wasn’t shafted or disrespected like Fonsenca was. The management loved Pioli.
Secondly, Giroud? Giroud who is clearly a lot better then Morata or Tammy at the moment lmao. The management bought him a fodder CB in Pavlovic and a shitty RB in Emerson.
They literally got rid of Adli and made Fonseca have just 4 midfielderscause the 5th one is in the hospital all the time and is finished.
He has had to deal with entitled primadonnas in the squad who didn’t put in the effort required. I don’t give a fuck if Fonseca is a no name coach that doesn’t command respect, people pay their tickets for these players to perform and put in effort, so these primadonnas owe it to us to put in effort to perform for the fans. But they didn’t, they didn’t care.
Lastly, the decision to sack him was made days ago yet they allowed him to manage the match against Roma and leaked the news that he got sacked during the fucking game and allowed him to attend a PC where he had no idea he got fired yet the journalist knew that he got fired. How the flying fuck do you allow everyone else including journalists that he got fired and not Fonseca first? And then expose him on that humiliating manner in the PC where he finds out he got sacked by them!!!
That’s fucking embarrassing and humiliating.
So YES I very much feel pity for Fonseca, he was treated poorly by the management in every levels and these cunt of players also made his job hell.
I’m glad he’s finally gone, not just b/c he didn’t fit in the club but I’m glad he’s gone for his sake, he didn’t have a good time and was treated badly.
Well, he did finish second the year before....After how his Lazio era ended I can understand that they didn't want to give him those conditions, especially if Conceicao accepted them.
Very well said, but the management and players loved Pioli because he knew how to deal with people. Fonseca looked like a grumpy old man from day one who wanted to confront everyone. He did not try to make friends. I think he can't be successful anywhere in this business if he mainains his attitude.Fonseca was chosen by the management for a job he clearly wasn’t qualified for and wasn’t backed by them when things went south. The problem is that with this philosophy there's no guarantee that we can qualify for the CL.My feeling is that Milan gave this exact offer to multiple coaches in the summer and only Lopetegui and Fonseca accepted it.
