too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
If Leao had better decision making, work rate and all the important traits of great footballers, we would have had George Weah v2.0

Quoting this again I will always remember watching this goal on football italia channel 4.
Recording it and rewatching it multiple times.

Watching Futuro losing 2:0... I haven't seen more incompetent management than ours. They kept Bonera up until 2 months ago, we were dead last. Just this relegation to Serie D warrants Ibra to get sacked in fucking dosgrace, fuck off you & Kirovski motherfuckers!

Andrea Longoni, (always unreliable), writes that RedBird and Elliott want to sell the club. Probably got it from the English paper article and instead of a probable minority share we sell the whole thing.

I have to believe that the current financial situation is hurting RedBird, a fund not nearly as big or influential as Elliott. Investors are losing tons of money on the market and calcio is not a huge moneymaker. Add to that the lack of sporting success which might result in losses in sponsorship and it's the worst possible time to sell or buy, unless you're filthy rich like the Saudis and Qataris.

I'm sure Gerry regrets his investment, probably encouraged by Elliott because he didn't know much about the sport or the suffocating and extremely slow bureaucracy in Italy. Redbird came out of nowhere when it seemed we were on the verge of being bought by Investicorp. It was too quick and Gerry didn't do enough research on Serie A, its history, traditions, impact of the fans, everything that made calcio different from American sports. You can't revolutionize the way to do things if you don't know the subject well enough.

Best news in ages

Being a bit Mr Positive now but a year or so in Serie D and being less compromising on talent vs short term sporting quality must not be bad for Futuro. In the end their sporting success is at best secondary.

If it is true that Zlatan got Abate fired for not giving his son regular playing time, for that offense alone, he needs to be sacked from the Milan management. He can dedicate his time 100% to RedBird.

I honestly never rated him that much even in his prime playing years. Yes he was great in Pro-Evolution soccer or Fifa games.

Ranking of Serie A team sponsor

Even Fiorentina cash in more money💵 than us😑
Tbh, i thought we were higher. Juve and Fio are sponsored by their owners, so a bit of foul play if you ask me

Here it is stated, trough Gazetta, we receive about 30

So Futuro is about to go backwards.
Another RedBird success story.

Gerry bought Milan in a position where the club was trending upward and now he let it trend backwards again. If you start selling off the big name players in addition to no CL then the club loses more appeal. He owes money to Elliott and if Milan/Inter get to buy San Siro he has to find more money to pay for that and buy the surrounding land as well. That’s why I’ve said the idea was never to actually build the new stadium. Once the city approves purchasing San Siro and the land, he’s likely out. Owning San Siro may add a few hundred million to the value of the club.

Everything points to something possibly happening at some point this summer. Gerry hasn’t been seen or heard from all season. All contract extension have been put on hold. Short term deal with Sergio and the January arrivals (besides Gimenez). If a SD and coach aren’t in place by shortly after the season then I think they are waiting for the new investors or new majority owners. The investigation into the club should be wrapping up as well. The money is in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc. No American is going to buy Milan now unless you convince someone like Musk or Bezos who have money to burn.
I see things going down differently.

I see a sordid saga, an internal power struggle that will simmer all summer. It won’t come out all in the open but it will paralyze us at key moments in the mercato. Like, person A has agreed terms with player B, but Furlani needs to sign off on it.

Gerry will hold on with grim determination because I don’t think coming up with money is an issue for him. The stadium is chimeric as is Aramco.

Our best bet remains a solid SD and coach. Then, on the ownership side a bit of cleaning up. Furlani won’t leave, so whatever it takes to minimize the impact of the gruppo di lavoro. Hopefully, that group is whittled down, and the remaining folks make sensible, conventional decisions.

We have the means to buy players like Gimenez and Fofana. Money has not been an issue. Competence has. A big sale or two is probable. Then it’s a matter of making competent decisions to fix this mess.

I won’t lose hope that one day I can feel good about this club again. I can’t pin whatever hope I have remaining on Arabs that will never come. Or pine for the better days. That is far more agonizing for me.

Gerry ain't selling until he gets his money back and more.

Asking for gains after all the decisions he made. Acting as if he deserved financial gains.

Motherfucker tanked the club's value so hard that another motherfucker named Furlani had to fly out to New York to tell him to just stop making strategic and operational decisions.

Doesn't matter.
Ether he gets his money back, or Milan fans are gonna have to see his ass owning the club until it happens.
He ain't selling the club at a loss.

Gotta say we have done an amazing job of reaching maximum incompetence post scudetto win. You couldn't even replicate them if you tried
And we never had a team good enough to win a scudetto in the first place. It did us so much harm, convincing management that players like Leao, Tomori and Bennacer were world class.

Napoli apparently going after Hincapie.

We need to hijack that deal because those fuckers are already strong enough in defense.
We just have to fumble around with our super revolutionary management group for a couple of months first before we can make a decision.

Our management has made more mistakes than Paolo did, but WITHOUT the aura.

I would rather have an inexperienced but well-meaning Maldini making some wrong moves than the toxic snakes and their rookie errors.

Now they have lost all the credibility.
I honestly feel like this club under Gerrys ownership fell off a cliff with the lost final. Not saying it wasn't already a completely failed season, but that trophy would have set at least some things straight. Instead it was lost in the most humiliating way possible, with all our lack of club and team culture on display.

Our most valuable player and pretty much only real claim to something nearing world class is very likely to be sold for big money this summer. No one in Europe trusts these directors to reinvest said money into moves that strengthen the team. We will spend most of the summer just trying to sort exits. Besides the big one of Reijnders, there is Theo leaving and the carousel of unwanteds that will return on loan.

That faceplant in the final was just the nail in the coffin of this season. It seems Elliott is still basically pulling the strings. My hope now is that they again will move in to throw their weight around, and protect their investment. The straw everyone is grasping for now is that D'Amico or some competent SD will show up and fix this with a new coach. But how will that SD operate in conjunction with Furlani/Ibra/Moncada? How will the fog clear?

I hope Gordon Singer sacks Furlani and the rest and that we're lead by new people PRRRRETTY SOON. We cannot enter the summer with this group of people making decisions. If we do, our value and trajectory will only falter further.

AC Milan.
The club that makes every Italian fanbase happy apart from their own.
