I like Ricci, when he was in form played well for both Torino and the Italian National Team but then got injured and hasn't been as good. Tare has a good history with regista types and that might help Ricci to improve.

At the same time I don´t think Allegri would be big on him for example.

Motta: Ferguson, Koopmeiners, McKennie
Italiano: Ferguson, Fabbian, Bonaventura, Beltran
Allergi also got creative with CAMs in the past with using wide players there etc,.

Musah or RLC are closer to most of those than a lot of the passing heavy players mentioned here. This is generally a tendency in Serie A that clubs shy away from making concessions to facilitate a central attacking playmaker in favour of a more versatile allrounder player.
